I have used Aussie Pet Mobile for almost 10 years. Renee always did a great job & they were dependable. Since she left things are not the same. I requested a specific groomer weeks in advance & was told I was on her schedule. When grooming day came around I was surprised to see the wrong groomer at my door. I had to ask for a partial redo on the grooming the cut was so bad. In October 2015 I made an appointment for December 16^th. I waited & waited but they never showed up. No phone call, no text, nothing. I’m still waiting …
