I reserved a taxi via phone to the airport for 7am pickup time. They never showed up and their response was «we didn’t know». An hour later, they called back however I had already boarded an Über taxi and made my 8:30am flight. Lesson learned.

Checker Cab of Knoxville went beyond the call of duty to get my daughter and her friends from the Great Smoky Mts. National Park to Knoxville in time to make their bus connection. Great service.
