Coast to Coast Carports

Keep your expectations low and you will be fine as in:
1. You will not get call backs when you try to find out any information on your carport.
2. When you reach someone the customer service department acts like you are trying to call the White House to speak to the President.
3. Whatever time frames they give you pad it. In my case 6 – 8 weeks became 10 and that was only after I called several times.
4. And the installers will be late without notifying you (think cable company) told 9am but showed up at 12:30pm so clear your schedule.
Thank god this is a one time experience! On a positive note the installers actually new what they were doing and did a pretty good job in about an hour!

I just wanted to thank the coast to coast carport company that helped my friends install and create the new metal carport in their backyard. We’ve had nothing but good feedback, possibly have another customer or two for you after they’ve seen our carport. The work was great, really enjoyed conversations with the installers, and we even got a compliment on our local TV station. Thanks again for all, we will be calling you up again once Spring hits to get another carport for our other property in Utah. Coast to Coast rocks!

I ordered a metal building from a distributor in the state of Washington. The estimated time for delivery and setup was 8 weeks. Since this did not work for me, I inquired about picking the building up and installing it myself.
The company contact in Arkansas said no problem, she would just tell the factory in Oregon and it would be ready of pickup «in a short period of time» since it was a pretty basic order.
Based on this, I ordered the building and gave my deposit. I waited a week and after not hearing anything, I called the representative in Port Angeles, WA. He called and was told she was still waiting on an answer.
I waited a few more days and called the lady in AR myself. Left several voice messages on her extension and never got a call back. I then called the sales representative several times and even talked with the owner of the business and never got an answer.
I was finally told it would be 12 weeks for delivery. I reminded them that I was going to drive 5 hours and pick up the building myself but they could still not get an answer for when I could get it.
I finally ran out of patience after nearly a month of waiting around. I got my deposit back and I will look for a different building supplier.
If I could give less than one star I would. This company has absolutely horrible customer service and does not provide what they state they will before they take your money.
