I went there today, after an update on my computer put my computer into hibernation and it wouldn’t restart. It turned out that it just needed time, because when I got to Computer Depot, it worked right away. However, I wanted to write a review due to the very professional service I had received and the very helpful employee. I had called first and when I got there, he was able to take a look right away. It was vital to have my computer, as I’m working on a big research project due tomorrow. When it was found that things were fine and there wouldn’t be a charge since it worked upon turning it on this time, he still took a few moments to help me with other minor questions I had. I appreciate his help greatly!
