I can’t say enough great things about this place! The keyboard on my laptop began to malfunction, and I was told by the Best Buy Geek Squad that the keyboard replacement would be at least $ 400 or more, and my laptop would be gone for at least 10 days. The guys at Computers Etc sat down with me when I walked in, and within 15 minutes had ordered me a new keyboard and found me a workaround so that I could use my laptop until the new keyboard arrived. When it arrived, they called me, had it installed within a few hours, and charged me less than 1⁄3 of the Best Buy quote. Fantastic! Could not have been a better experience! Thanks guys!

Jake & Steve provide outstanding repair/​diagnostic/​sales at reasonable rates and within the time they quote. 9 – 5 Mon-​Fri. Parking may be a little tight in this office complex on Ebenezer Rd. Sometimes they’re able to do what you need while you wait or at least give expert advice /​options. Friendly, professional. Computers Etc has been around a couple of decades (used to be on Peters Rd across from Circuit City about 15 years ago in case the name looks familiar). Have used them in the past, will do so again; recommend you do the same!
