Ok so I do love the bagels here but not the breakfast egg sandwiches. Has America gotten so lazy that we microwave eggs, seriously?! That’s my beef with this place. I don’t even wanna know what that egg looks like before its microwaved, gross! The bagels I love: 6 cheese, everything, potato, pumpernickel, & plain, oh and I can’t forget the challah that they decided to discontinue. :(My favorite is the chive cream cheese. LOVETHEBAGELS! The bagels are why it gets a 4, especially when they are straight outta the oven, yum! Everything else here screams 3. Coffee is okay, but the mustache sleeves, seem to make the coffee taste a little better, just because it makes me smile. The hazelnut coffee always smells really good! So if you like microwaved eggs then get ya a microwaved egg sandwich, just know I’m staying far away from that one. The only bagel place in town that doesn’t microwave eggs is gonna be «Best Bagels in Town» on the other side of the Cedar Bluff area.

I visit this location at least once per a week. Service is great and staff is friendly. The everything bagel thin is my go-to breakfast! I have also tried the new Greek yogurt parfait and that is delicious.

Friendly fast service plus great bagels! I go so much i feel like Norm walking in to Cheers! Their coffee is better to me than any other place! The mug is a good deal if you are going to go more than a few times.

I’m a big fan of the«skinny» bagels. They are bagels that are baked and cut more thinly than standard bagels and come in wheat, plain, and one other flavor. They also make many of their egg sandwiches with egg whites instead of the yolk. When I think of this place over Panera I think better breakfast and lunch options vs. dinner options. The restaurant is literally filled with much more light and a big open room. It’s harder to walk in Einstein’s during peak hours and just study. All in all great for a good egg sandwich or lunch option and great service.

Never anything but great here. A fabulous addition to Knoxville. Everything bagel with garlic herb cream cheese. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
