I really like this Kroger’s…when you walk in they have it set up with outdoor things, tulips etc. nice displays. Then you see all the flowers they have… beautiful arrangements, balloons etc. Then you see produce, fruit… very good selection. They have a salad bar that’s stocked full. Soups, etc. The bakery is fantastic here, always so nice to have a staff listen to you and not feel rushed as to what you are exactly needing!(I went in to pick up a cake) Going into the meats, pretty reasonable prices. I don’t buy my meat here… not sure of the quality of cuts in the steaks, hamburger etc. The roasts look nice, red and good. I would definitely come back.

This review is for Kroger floral specifically. I went in yesterday to grab an arrangement to give to my assistant. There were many gorgeous arrangements for the upcoming Valentines Day. I found one that wasn’t so «love» filled, which would be awkward to give my assistant at work. The ladies that work in floral are ever so helpful. They put my selection in a box so it would not tip over in the car. Nice touch. They ensured I had a card to go with the arrangement. Thank you. I think they could use some THANKYOU cards instead of just Im sorry, Get Well, I Love You, etc. During check out tam white carnation broke in half! The arrangement was $ 29.99 so I paid and then went back to floral for a fix. I walked up and showed the ladies what happened and asked to buy another flower to fill the empty slot. The FIRST thing I heard was from the loudest person in the bunch who was busy being a busy body, who also happened to be in charge. She said, «I don’t have any more carnations. We’re all out.» I asked if I could buy another kind of flower and she stated that they were out of EVERYTHING. Whoa! Ok. Her employees, however, had no trouble finding a solution and they went and pulled a flower out of another arrangement and fixed mine. THAT is Customer Service! Clearly the«boss» didn’t take the same training that the worker bees took because they saw an opportunity to make a Kroger Customer Happy and likely return where the boss saw an opportunity to «be bossy», which is NOT what Kroger trains its employees to do.
