I would give this place zero stars if I could.
I had to wait almost a month to get in to see someone for medications. When I got there they informed me that the practitioner had called in sick and I couldn’t be seen. I asked them why they didn’t call me so I didn’t drive all the way over there and the girl just shrugged and said «We just didn’t.» I was furious. This was in May. They couldn’t get me in again until the 3^rd of JULY. All this time I am going without my medication.
I get to my 7:30am appointment on July 3^rd and wasn’t called back until 9am. My patience is really running low with this place at this point. When I was finally called back, I gave the letter my therapist wrote addressing my problems and concerns to the NP. (You don’t see a Psych here… all you get is a NP.) She barely paid attention to it. She asked me what my problems were and I told her (and I told her everything was in the letter and that she would know if she would have read it.).
After going through everything, I was only given a few days of half the dose of my anxiety meds with no refills because apparently they don’t write for those kinds of meds. Nothing for sleep either. The two biggest issues my therapist and I brought up.
They cannot call themselves medication management if they do not write prescriptions for legitimate, documented problems. An absolute waste of 2 months of my time trying to see someone there.
I did not make a follow up appointment (obviously) and told them how awful they are.
I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE who needs real help that requires medication. Find yourself a REAL Psych and get REAL help. This place is a joke!
