If I could give this place no stars I would!!! We bought over $ 3k worth of furniture on Feb. 22nd. Our delivery date was March 8th. The delivery guys came… my sons dresser and our bench that goes with the kitchen table was broken. Broken beyond repair so they had to take it with them. Our kitchen table had scratches and a chunk taken out one of the corners. I called and they’re going to deliver a new table and bench in 1 week. However, the dresser well it’s on back order now and can’t get a new one out to us until May 3rd!!! I have sold my sons old furniture so now he has no dressers to put his clothes!!! Does rooms to go care? No they don’t and there’s nothing they can do about that!!! My husband and I both called and complained and demanded to have the outrageous amount of $ they charge to have the furniture delivered credited back bc I’m not paying to have broken furniture delivered! Well they will see what they can do. Called back and would give us back $ 75!!! That’s not even half of what they charged us for delivery! Customer service is awful… they do not care of the quality of service or customer… only the money that they are making! I will never buy anything from this store again! Ever!

Poor customer service, poor quality furniture, unable to simply return phone call. I would never purchase from this company again. Very disappointed overall.

HORRIBLE service. Did not get a delivery notification until a 7:30AM phone call that the driver was 10 minutes from my house with my day bed. Brought it in boxes and had to assemble in my home. Lady that called at 7:30 was rude to top it off. NEVERAGAIN Rooms To Go!

Another bad review for RTG. I ordered a sleeper chair and set up delivery for today from 1 – 5PM. At 4PM, they called to say they would deliver from 5−9PM. At 9:30PM, they called to say our delivery was next. It is now 10:20PM. Still waiting… just saying.

No stars! This store sells items with warranties that they do not honor. Shame on them. A 15 year warranty on a queen mattress that is sagging without he first 6 months and two calls and still no replacement. Never to shop there again!

So disappointed… The sales lady Donna Hollifield added $ 250 worth of extras on us without asking and promised the delivery guys would move our furniture and when they got here they said they only would if we put together our own tables so me and my 60 year old diabetic husband had to move it to the garage… The furniture is great but the service was horrible. The manager gave us a credit for some of the extras she added without asking but for $ 1800 I am just appalled at the level of customer service. All I can say is never again… we will shop elsewhere for the remainder of furniture that we still need. Donna was our sales lady do not buy anything from her she will add stuff and lies to get the sale… I gave the horrible delivery guys a soda and a water that was the only tip that kind of horrible service deserves

I called the Knoxville location and talked with Jay and Billy. Both were EXTREMELY rude. I was inquiring about a sofa(the delivery cost and delivery date). Billy said I could not get a sofa delivered tomorrow because I was calling after 2pm. I called at 1:15pm. I should have been more aware of this from the terrible reviews on Unilocal. Will NOT be shopping here. Terrible customer service.

Warning! When purchasing a mattress only, some of the sales rep will tell you that the warranty only applies if you get the box spring with it. This is a lie. I did my research and as long as you have a good sturdy box spring you are safe. The sale rep I dealt with was Donna in which she was nice but she tried to make an extra commission by lying. Besides that it was a nice store.

Would not recommend buying furniture from RTG and based on all but one of the other recommendations no one else would either. We purchased a reclining sofa and love seat four years ago and we were not happy with the sofa from day one. The one on the show floor was so comfortable and the one they delivered was just the opposite, stiff, hard to explain, just not comfortable. Service came out to look but just said it souls be fine, just needed breaking in. We wanted another one, but that wasn’t an option. My husband won’t and never has sat on this couch. Now four years later the cable that lows it to recline has snapped and they won’t fix it now nor is the cable available to order. The CS lady said to try the phone book. Funny, Lazy Boy will help you after 20 years. So if you shop there, beware! I will only buy name brand next time.

What a pain! We purchased a bedroom set and king matress and spent 2500.00. When the room set was delivered the bed was missing pieces but the delivery guys put the mismatched pieces together and ordered replacements and we set up a new delivery. The dresser had all kinds of dings in it– customer service said they would send a tech out to fix them… great… and the delivery guys talked about how good their tips were in front of us the whole time, is that supposed to make me want to tip you?!! Pretty unprofessional I think. The second delivery of the new bed came and the delivery guy said there were kissing pieces so he couldn’t do a thing. The third delivery attempt happened a week later and the delivery guy looked at the bed and said it looked fine to him… he seemed like he didn’t want to do the work of removing the mismatched bed and installing the new one… In general it was really annoying and the furniture has nicks and scratches from the delivery guys but I just can’t deal with them anymore. Go somewhere else for furniture, there are a million other stores nearby… Oh! I almost forgot the best part… the delivery men left without putting on the hardware for the night stands and dresser. I called customer service and the woman told me that«we suggest you do that so that you can really get a good look at everything and feel like you accomplished part of the install.» Um, no thanks, that’s what we paid for and you must have missed the 3 month old baby crying in the background and now I have a dresser and nightstands with no handles… Thanks Rooms To Go!

I’ve ordered from the Rooms to Go in Knoxville twice. I knew the company because my mom has used them for practically all of the furniture in the home I grew up in. The first order I placed was for a coffee table and two end tables. They arrived on time and in perfect condition. I had to screw the legs on myself but no big deal. They were easy to assemble and look great in our living room, even 5 years later. The second order I placed was for a dresser with mirror and two nightstands. When the delivery truck arrived, the drivers discovered that the mirror was cracked. I was devastated, but a new mirror was delivered, blemish free, within the same week. The furniture was in perfect condition. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that I think their furniture is a little pricey. But it’s good quality stuff that you’ll cherish for years and years. I’m still in love with my bedroom set today!
