Sprint Store By Absolute Wireless

First off, I called this store thinking it was the other store and the manager, Brianna, called me back to make sure I got the information I was needing. Very impressive!!!
I called to see if the store was open with the weather turning bad.
This store is located in the mall and I wanted a regular store without having people passing by me every few moments. I thought it would be crowded in the mall.
Turns out this kiosk was not crowded at all.
The Manager and service person at the kiosk were VERY insightful, friendly, and answered all my questions.
We took around an hour to get our phones and figure out if we should change plans. They answered every question I had and helped me understand that the new plan not only was not going to save us money, but actually be more expensive.
Catherine helped set up our phones and made sure we had what we needed before we left. She also gave us her cell phone and the store # if we needed anything.
Outstanding customer service!!! Will definitely go back.
