This is my favorite frozen yogurt place in West Knoxville. It is clean with all the toppings I want. I do wish that they had somewhere to set the bowls while you put toppings on (very difficult if you have kids to help).

Great place. We always enjoy going there. Peanut butter is the best. Also glad to see that they have the original tart flavor. Toppings counter is always super clean. Workers are nice. Great place all around.

Wow. I’ve tried some different fro-​yo places before and they lol tasted like chemicals. Sweet Frog tasted like ice cream!!! The flavored were amazing, praline was the best. You can combine individual flavors to make your own combo, or if there are 2 flavors next to each other, the middle lever will combine them for you. And the topping choices… holy decisions! You thought picking a fro-​yo flavor was hard! The only negative is it is expensive, especially if you go overboard with excitement like I do! But if you love ice cream and sweets, you must try Sweet Frog!
The owner was also super nice, at least I think she was the owner. Let us taste all the flavors and chatted with us a bit.
Also, bonus for those paying attention to macros (caloric breakdown) its posted on the wall and on the flavor cards! Thank you for that!!!

Super clean, all the toppings are where they’re supposed to be and there’s a good variety of them too! Fruit is always fresh there’s tons of froyo flavors too. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY… original tart is a mainstay and that’s what keeps us coming back. I don’t think any other place around here keeps it around. It’s light and refreshing and not too heavy. It goes perfectly with fruit and granola. I could eat it everyday. Yummm.

This is absolutely THEE cleanest frozen yogurt place I’ve ever been to. In addition, they always have multiple milk free and usually a sugar free options. You can join their frequent member card for free and get free yogurt.
This is managed and owned locally and is not run by teenagers.
It is not in the easiest location to find, as it’s the first shopping center at Turkey Creek, but worth going out of your direct line of traffic as a destination, although it’s right in Turkey Creek, across the road from Chic-​Fil-​la.
I highly recommend this over others. In fact, we drive by more than 2 frozen yogurt shops to go to this one — we go at least 2 x per week. The add ons (candy, fruit, sauces) have never once been unclean, unlike other local shops.
A healthy and tasty alternative to ice cream, besides my daughter and I are allergic to milk.
If you crave a healthy, delicious treat — go to Sweet Frog, you are going to LOVE it.
