If you are going to eat at Taco Bell in Knoxville… this is the one. For the most part they do a good job with customer service and are careful to make the food as ordered. I have had a couple of bad experiences at this location. Both were related to using the phone app to preorder my food. Once I stopped using the app things improved a lot. It’s the only TB I’ll still go to in Knoxville.

This is what you should expect from a Taco Bell. Service was quick, & food was the proper temperature. Nothing outstanding, but as good an experience as one expects from a Taco Bell!
