I placed a mobile app order and substituted all meats for beans on each item. When I went to the window the worker verified that all ordered items needed beans instead of meat. I verified this was correct and he handed me the order. Once I got home I opened my smothered«bean» burrito and took a bite. I instantly knew something was wrong. Upon further inspection, I realized there was chicken inside my «vegetarian» burrito. I took it back to the restaurant and requested a refund. The manager claimed she did not know how to refund a purchase from a mobile order. She told me I would have to find the mobile number on my own and call it to request a refund. I found the number online and called only to find that I would have to call back at a different hour. I am highly dissatisfied at this time and feel that no one from this Taco Bell is willing to help or wants to help.

This one is located across from West Town Mall. I rarely go to this but when I do they always get my order correct. It’s clean whenever I go in and parking isn’t too terrible. I like to go during the night when it isn’t too crazy.
