Bought a 2016 outback from Jim kay at Tennessee rv. The guy is down to earth, not pushy but knows his stuff. My trailer had a paint issue after I took it home and they said just bring it back and we will fix it. No questions asked, no hassle. They traded my older rv for a fair price when no one else would. Not the cheapest place in town but the best.

This being the second review I would refer to the first review written almost 2 years ago. Sadly the same attitude is prevalent throughout the company. There are many other RV dealers in the area please make the drive and pass these guys by. The will do and say what ever they can to make the sale. After the sale I can not even get a return email or solutions to my problems.

Just stopped in at the Camping World located in the Tennessee RV Sales and Service building. First we could not find the entrance off the main road, then the main entrance into the place was not marked very well and there is no parking for a camper much less a Motorhome with a tow. As we were leaving, I comment to their receptionist and a Salesman that if someone wanted to do a trade in they could not as there is no place to park. Well the salesman just shrugged his hands as if to say Well we don’t want your business anyway.
