Worst service & attitude from the blonde who’s name tag says«Delivery Diva». Well, they got the«Diva» part right. After we paid $ 42 via their USPS Priority Mail service to send a small package to our son who was attending summer camp near Seattle WA, it never showed. But, we were given a tracking number, right? After noting that it never left Knoxville, the«Diva» was quick to say, «Nothing we can do. You’ll need to take it up with the Post Office. And, there are no refunds». Please do yourself a favor… Do NOT spend your money with a local biz like this UPS Store! Go to the Post Office first & just cut out the rude middle person at The UPS Store #2954 that calls herself the«Delivery Diva». More like the«Lost Delivery Diva»

This is the VERYBESTUPS store PERIOD! I have been a customer at this store for over 10 years and the customer service is EXCELLENT! They aren“t fake with their genuine caring attitude. Jason, the owner cares about you as his customer, and treats you with the utmost respect! I have been to several UPS stores in many differnt states, and I find that there isn’t ANY comparison to how wonderful that this store“s customer service is. If you need a mailbox or any other service do not hesitate to give this store your business. You, too, will find that when you leave the store that you feel better than when you walked in. They are happy to see you and you can feel it! Jacob and Lindley really go above and beyond to assist you. One more thing… they seem to always answer the phone even when they are busy. I cannot say enough great things about this store and the superb customer service. Thanks to all of you for making me feel welcome:)
