This bank is simply the best I have ever had to deal with. In the past I have had accounts with:
National Bank of Commerce = NBC
Amsouth
Region’s
Suntrust
Last but not least, KPOCU is where I landed. The people who work here are some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with in a bank. They are concerned about your needs. They always give my dog a treat. She loves that. If you are in need of a bank I highly recommend this place. The only inconvenience is that this branch is the only one in the Knoxville area. There is one in Oak Ridge and one more.
