Took my 86 yr. young dad to TP after the Tennessee/Vandy football game. We were greeted and seated quickly. No one served us for about 10 minutes with tables still empty. Dad wanted a cold beer and some chicken wings. We finally got waited on after she asked if anyone has served us. It seemed she was not a happy person and really did not want to be there. The other waitresses seemed to be unhappy and no one smiled. Even the manager did not seem happy. The chicken wings were not good and thankfully the beer was cold and good. We both said the Hooters restaurant has better wings and better, friendly service. The atmosphere was nice with the multiple TV’s.

My beers were almost frozen. When they say 29 degrees they mean it. The girls were amazing… I’ll just leave it like that. If you have a Y chromosome then you have to eat here at least once. Service was awesome and quick. The only fault was that the appetizer came out the same time as my burger. Not that big of a deal for me.

I would say that the management here is beyond bad. I eat here weekly and they offer a loyalty card where after seven entrées you get a free entrée. I tried to use that loyalty card today for a chicken sandwich and a lazy manager who did not even take the time to come discuss this declined to accept the loyalty card. I have always enjoyed eating lunch there because they were always dead; the more I’ve eaten there the more I’ve begun to understand why. I would highly recommend going somewhere else The Place may as well merge with Dicks last resort restaurant as this the closest thing to an experience you will find.

Almost frozen beer, good bar food, and lumberjack titties. That’s what you get at the Twin Peaks. Get it? Twin Peaks? If you didn’t get that, then I would recommend not going. This place is basically like Hooters, only the food, waitstaff, and ambiance are all better. It’s a great game day spot. There are televisions all over the place, even the small ones in your booth which I find totally awesome. They also televise all the UFC fights. Good spot. If you’re into that kind of thing.

I hesitate to give this location 3 stars because it was good for what you expect a scantly clad restaurant of this type to deliver; cold beer and bar food. The staff was responsive and attentive, but the menu leaves something to be desired. My opinion is a restaurant has to separate themselves from their competitors with food, after all, it’s a restaurant. The drafts seem a bit over priced as well as there ere no drink specials. There are lots of TVs with every sporting event imaginable, I believe one TV even had a cock fight from Singapore on, unreal. The food was prepared quickly and served hot! I wouldn’t consider bring a date or the kids on this adventure, you’d better make it a guys night out.

Had a long lunch break and wanted to watch a baseball game. Looked up sports bars near me on Kingston and found this one. Didn’t know what I was getting into, at least I didn’t expect the scantily-clad ladies, I definitely didn’t mind though ;). I sat at the car and the bartender Julie was attentive despite being busy as hell. Got the steak, it was decent, same quality/quantity as a mid level chain for 150% the price. No complaints. I didn’t drink as I had to get back to work, but I would imagine it might get expensive adding a few beers to the tab(at least for a sports bar). I get it though, it’s definitely a place where people might as well pitch a tent(no pun intended) while they watch a WHOLE football game or something, so they are totally in the clear to charge X for food and Y for beer. Pretty entertaining place. I’ll be back.

We were quickly seated but it took a few minutes for our server to greet us and take our drink order. When she brought our drinks she sat down at one of the open chairs at our table, which familiarity made us a little uncomfortable. The pot roast I ordered was very good with a large portion and the salad was very fresh. The food would be a reason to visit here again even without the scenery.

I’m torn on this one. The food was amazing. The service was superior. Our server(Sabrina) was wonderful!!! BUT… as I was going to the restroom I overhead a manager yelling at a server… «Get back here or I’ll drag you back by your hair!!!» This was extremely off putting. This is absolutely not acceptable behavior… ever. He should be fired!

Not really impressed with the place on this visit. Very noisy, wings were average at best and fried pickles were not special.

The servers are dumber than a box of rocks. Both times I’ve eaten here I’ve waited over an hour for my food. Two big daddy beers and no food. Then they«auction» off the food because they have forgotten where it belong. The fact there are boobs doesn’t out weigh the lack of service. This place needs to rehire or move on.

Great customer service as this was my first visit to a Twin Peaks. It won’t be my last. I sat at the bar and was taken care of by 4 pretty bartenders who really stylish clothes on that I liked. I asked one for advice on what to order and she stated the«hangover burger». I also got one beer and she asked what size I wanted which were man size or woman size. Man size is a 24 oz while woman size was a 16 oz beer. Menu items ordered: hangover burger with French fries. The French fries were fresh cut from potatoes and were really good with ketchup. The hangover burger had a fried egg on it along with bacon. It was very delicious. I received good portions of both. If I came back again, I would order this hangover burger. My advice is to come here hungry so you can eat all of this.

Not that I had high expectations for service to begin with… but our server Shonna takes the cake. Stay away from her. Food is ok. Beer is nice and cold. Shonna ruined the experience for us. I will spare you the details.

And the hits just keep coming! A $ 14.00 old fashion(drink in a lowball glass.) Way too much sugar. Not enough bourbon. And they have no idea what whiskey or bourbon they used to justify this price. What’s wrong with this place? :(Moreover what is wrong with us that we keep coming back?

Let’s face it. No one comes to Twin Peaks for the food. We all come here to watch sporting events and to enjoy meals and beers delivered by stunning women. I’ve been to four Twin Peaks in the last month: Charlotte, Houston, Webster(Houston) and this one in Knoxville and the crop of ladies(and the service) blows away the others. You’ll be in good hands here. For those who haven’t been, there’s no comparison with food at Twin Peaks vs Hooters and Buffalo Wild Wings. At Twin Peaks, the food is prepared daily in the morning and tastes much better than their competitors. It’s on a different level. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not amazing food, but for a place where beer and TVs rule, the food holds its own. Over the past few weeks we’ve tried many of the dishes and seem to lean towards burgers, green chili meatloaf, and the chicken dishes. Meanwhile, there’s nothing on the menu you need to stay away from, just try to keep you’re eyes on the TV and the food rather than the ladies.

Came here on a BUSY Saturday night while UofT was playing away. We were told there would be about an hour wait — which I think is ridiculous, but that’s what you get when people just sit there and sip on there drinks when a big game or event is on. This isn’t the type of place that’s worth an hour wait, however it was right by where we were staying, we didn’t want to venture out too far and we just wanted some beer, wings and lot’s of TV’s. We ordered beers at the bar while we waited and that was fine — Beers were ice cold and they a good selection on draft. After about an hour we were finally seated(people started clearing out since UofT was getting blown out). Maybe our server was having a bad night, but she wasn’t friendly or personable at all. I know dealing with drunk college kids all afternoon isn’t fun, but she could have done a much better job in that aspect. I was there with my girlfriend and her parents(we are in our late 20’s and they are middle aged) and we all agreed that the service we got was poor. The food we ordered was good for what you would expect from a place like this. We got the queso dip w chips which was good and they did bring out extra chips. We had pretzels which are pretty good as well. We all had wings and those were ok. I don’t like wings when the skin is still underdone and chewy and that’s what I got. That can easily be fixed by asking for them well done. The décor is fun with lot’s of different animal mounts on all the walls. They have HUGE tv’s everywhere. This place gives of a «Lodge» type feel — they have fire pits on the outside patio. Overall, this place is pretty good. It probably deserves 3.5 stars. I would come here again, however I would advise people not to come here when Uni of Tennessee is playing.

Ate at twin peaks in Louisiana. Their the fish tacos were great, really big pieces of perfectly cooked fish… So what happened when we went to twin peaks in Knoxville and ordered fish tacos, maybe wife and I ordered the kids fish tacos by mistake? Tacos were weak, very little fish. Service was nowhere as good as our experience in LA. Looks like a good place to watch sporting events, alot of flat screen tvs all over restaurant. No hurry to go back to twin peaks in Knoxville.

Great Food, Great Views, mediocre service. But still 5 Stars??? yeah, you guys will get it when you go. :) The people I was with ordered the Mozzarella cheese bites and these were surprisingly the best fried cheese appetizer I have ever had! I ordered the Blackened fish tacos and they were amazing. A good bit of heat with a spectacular array of flavor with each bite. As a side I opted for the fire fries(seasoned fries) and they were done perfectly and tasty. One of my kids ordered mac and cheese and the other two ordered the sliders and they all loved it. The server was beautiful but several mistakes were made. They were silly mistakes though. The kids meals come with a drink, but she charged me for all the kids drinks individually. They also have a deal where kids can eat free with a parent and she charged me anyway. She took a very long time after we got our food to come back and check on us. Then after she brought the check took another very long time to come back. The food came out really fast and that part was the best. So the restaurant is great, but as they are new I will give them time to work on getting the servers up to par.

Food was good, everyone loved the appetizers and was happy with their slightly overpriced entrée. We also loved the TVs everywhere and that we could watch what we wanted at our booth. Our server was clearly very new and needed lots of reminders(appetizers, drinks and bill had to be asked for multiple times). Good thing she was cute. Beers were icy cold. Cocktails were weak and expensive. $ 11 for a SOUR margarita– way, WAY too much lime juice. Then the fruit flies were dive bombing our table to get at the lime juice(yes, fruit flies). So at the end of the night we all came to the same conclusion– we would come back for appetizers, beers and people watching but skip the cocktails(and a possible pass on entrees).
