Wendy’s

Excellent! Stopped by here at 730am after a night shift at work. Ordered Asiago Chicken Club with Iced Sweet Tea and a Side salad. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF FOOD (STEAMING HOT), SPEED, AND FRIENDLINESS OF STAFF, that I decided to get them a dozen of donuts to brighten up their day! I used to work at a Wendy’s and I know how it is to make minimum wage and deal with all the rude people out there, and get no tips or rewards. Keep up the great work, guys!

I go to this place every time I go to the Wal-​Mart in front of it. They always get my order right and the food is hot. I normally go at night or in the evening to beat the rush. I am glad that they finally got self serve vending to keep them current.

This staff needs a hearing check for real. Can Wendy’s provide that for the workers? And when did the word lettuce ever become the word for tortilla? Come on guys. So I ordered a triple and I asked for it to wrap it in lettuce, and the woman at the register put in the order as a tortilla wrap. So as I saw this I said: «Yeah, but can I have that wrapped in LETTUCE.» She didn’t say anything so I guess she understood what I meant.
I guess my English wasn’t clear enough? I mean, I’ve lived here my whole life, but I don’t think that message got through. So, I thought she knew what I meant and that there was no option to put a lettuce wrap as an option on the ticket. I thought she was going to go to the back and clarify to the person what I meant. The manager comes over and jokingly says: «Oh, we can’t do that.» I reply… well I want it wrapped in Lettuce, so, can you do that? Because well I didn’t want a Tortilla wrap… I mean, why would I? I’m trying to take bread and carbs out of the equation… Then the woman at the cash register says, «oh, he’s just kidding.»
So this is what I got. I literally got a burger, but instead of buns 2 pieces of tortillas with the contents in between. The person in the back was even like «It’s not going to look right…» I MEAN ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Do you not double check with the customer? They basically gave me a Mexican pizza/​burger. They didn’t even bother trying to wrap it. Just put the stuff in the middle, and then give it to the customer.
Luckily I’m not really a person to get pissed off. I should have though thinking back to it. I had high hopes for this place. It’s nice and clean inside, all redesigned, but Wendy’s should have probably put in more with hearing aids for the employees though and some common sense would also go a long way.
You know what? I’m going to come back here on another day and just experiment and see if I will get the same thing if I ordered it the same way. If they bring it to me I’ll be sure to take a picture to see how ridiculous it was.
I DIDN’T EVEN SAY TORTILLA! How do you get LETTUCE WRAP to TORTILLA WRAP. That’s what gets me. I haven’t written a 1 star review in so long. Thanks for breaking that record Wendy’s!

It’s Wendy’s what can I say; if you want plenty of diarrhea then eat up on this fast food. There are several better fast food restaurants in the area if you need a fix. Hell Chic-​fil-​a is right next door and much better.
