Zaxby’s

Great food. Horribly slow. On a Sunday at 1:30 three of the staff were eating in the dinning room while 5 people stood in line. A 15 min wait after ordering is hardly «fast food». Next time I’ll save time and eat at Bojangles next door.

This is a nice Zaxbys location. They have three televisions usually with cable news. Some of the booths have electrical outlets so I can plug in my laptop. I can connect to the Xfinity WiFi as well. Only complaint is that the music is a little loud which gave me a headache.

Waited in the drive through line for 35 minutes… anytime I come here it always takes so long. Drive through’s are supposed to be fast, I could have gotten a nice lunch somewhere else and sat down in the time it took to get my food. At the window my drink was handed to me with the lid half on and the cup was drenched in tea. Also the lady at the window didn’t give me my receipt, she didn’t even ask if I wanted it. Overall, a waste of time for mediocre chicken, and poor customer service.

Lunch is crazy busy at this location with a 10 minute line inside and drive through wrapped around the building. If you like it hot get the Buffalo Chicken Plate, it’s $ 11 with a drink but will fill you up and includes crinkle cut fries, cole slaw, and texas toast. Overall it’s a decent size meal. The dinning room is also really nice since this is a new location.

My son and I had Zaxbys for lunch today and it was pretty good. The wings I had were fairly small with not much meat on them and over cooked. I have had Zaxbys from this location several times and it is typically wonderful. They left out my toast as well with the order. Of course thats the best part! My son loved his boneless chicken fingers. I love their teriyaki sauce! Their fries are always amazing. The lady in the drive thru was super nice but I didnt catch her name. I suggest trying this Zaxbys, I cant base this review soley on today since past experiences have been wonderful!

food was good normal zaxby’s .service was not so good went thru drive thru order was incomplete. just was very disappointed at the end of a long day.
