i went in to purchase a car i told the salesman how much i had to work with. he said come in that we will work a deal out he went to the manager to work figures out and came back with a rude attitude and said you need come up with some more money and i said i could not that thats all that i had so he got mad and left so i was leaving and a customer came up to me and started talking to me and the manager came yelling for me to leave his dealership he was aggresive and rude and very unprofessional to me in front of customers. never been treated like this before in any dealership in my life. and they should not treat any customer like this wanting to buy car.

Came down one rainy night after visiting other dealersgips and realized they had the Jeep we wanted and needed. The sales man was truthfully-​genuine and got us the deal we wanted easy. The paperwork took 20 minutes tops and I was in and out in 30 minutes with my new Black Bear Wrangler.
Get dealership and flat out made car shopping easy and didn’t beat around the bush. I will take brutally-​honest with a genuine interest rather than a fake-​smile with shady intentions.

My family and I went off the road in Smokey Mountain National Park. It was Friday afternoon and we were supposed to drive home to ohio on Saturday. Dan in the service department ordered the part we were told was bad by another shop before we got the car up there. He also held a rental for us. They got our car fixed on Saturday so we could still make it home for work in Monday. Also the repair ended up $ 100 less than what the aftermarket shop had quoted me. A huge thank you to Dan and the entire service and parts department!

Suprisingly being from out of state you would have thought dealer would have put the screws to me. Not here, Dan in service was prompt, very polite and had us in/​out in a few hours. Very pleased with the service received at what is now Rocky Top Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I’ve honestly never visited a dealership that was so polite and professional. Dealers back home should take a page from Rocky Tops play book. If it was feasible I would drive the 600 miles to this dealer for service any day. They made us feel warm and like a guest in their home. Bravo and kudos to the owners whomever you are. Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in the market or in need of service while visiting the Gatlinburg/​Sevierville area.
