20/20 Vision

I was new to town and needed to get a new contact prescription. I stopped by 20 20 after finding out that they are covered by my insurance. Wonderful place.

The friendliness of the ²⁰⁄₂₀ Vision staff and the customer service is like nothing I have experienced in a very long time.
I went to ²⁰⁄₂₀ at the suggestion of Wal-​Mart eye center because they did not have the ability to make custom prescription sun glass lenses to fit the pair of antique cat eye glasses I bought. (My regular optometrist could have but for an astronomical price).
I took the frames and prescription to ²⁰⁄₂₀ late on a Friday evening and casually mentioned that I would like to have them back by Wednesday, if possible, as I was leaving for Florida on Thursday and would like to take them with me. The man I dealt with (unsure if doctor or lab tech) was very personable and pleasant to deal with.
When Wednesday came, a lady called to let me know that my lenses had not yet came in but that they would be more than happy to put temporary prescription sun glass lenses in my frame so that I could use them in Florida and then put in the polycarbonate/​polarized lenses when I got back. I was amazed and so happy that they would go out of their way to do this for me at no extra charge.
Customer service like this is just hard to find these days. Did I mention that the price was 100.00 less than my regular optometrist? (now my ex-​optometrist)
²⁰⁄₂₀ Vision now has a new customer for life!
