The owner is a great guy. His love for comics shows and he really takes care of his customers. Great specials, great time, really great local business. I wish I could go every day if only my bank account would agree with me.

I only popped in because I was in town to see Kokomo Toys. I’m very happy with my current comic shop and had no intention to buy anything, just to look around. Ended up striking up a great conversation with the owner. While the store is small in space, it’s huge in comics and had a great selection of new and back issue books. He had some cool hand crafted pop culture helmets on the wall and a large knowledge of the books he was slinging. If I were a local I’d be proud to call that shop my LCS.

Groovy comics shop, groovy Owner, and the best staff. This is the type of place that deserves your loyalty and repeat business. If you or a loved one enjoy comics, this should be your first stop, because you won’t need to go anywhere else, nor will you want to… If you’re lucky, maybe you’ll get to meet Kirby

A great place to buy comics and other assorted nerderies. Not only is the owner, Shawn, a rather groovy dude(and the only other person I know besides me to frequently use the word«groovy»), but he’s incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about a great many subjects. He was the reason I and so many others frequented Kokomo Comics before they closed, and followed him when he opened C3. And it’s not just him — the entire staff is amazing. No matter who you talk to, you can always trust that you’re going to get good advice and recommendations. I kept a folder here for about a year from the time it opened until I moved away, and very seriously contemplated asking if I could pay postage for them to ship me books solely so I could continue to support them. If that’s not an endorsement of their continued awesomeness, then I don’t know what is. It’s been great seeing a business go from opening to thriving, and especially in such a short time. Moving away from Kokomo has made me appreciate this place all the more. If you’re ever in town(or have the dubious pleasure of living in the thankfully improving so-called City of Firsts), be sure to check it out.

I love Comics Cubed! They take a little bit of the old and some new and run one heck of a comic book store. Comics Cubed is easily located in downtown Kokomo, IN with its bright green awning above the front door and store logo in the front window. The interior of the store is kept clean and is brightly lit, not your stereotypical dungeon style comic store like so many I have been to. But don’t fret Comics Cubed still keeps to its roots and still gives you that comic book store feeling! The comics are clearly displayed on shelving along the wall and the covers are in full view. New releases are labeled with tags so you know what is new that week. Comics cubes also offers local artist works, games, comic supplies, a ever growing collection of back stock, both new and vintage collectable toys, and there is also a children’s section. Comics Cubed also does pull folders. There is always and I mean ALWAYS a sale of some sort or deal going on! Which takes me to the best part of Comics Cubed. Comics Cubed is run more on a basis of providing comics and pulp culture items to local patrons then a «nothing but profit ideology». The owner cares more about his customers and the community then just making money. Just watch one of his online weekly Wednesday Comic reviews, he will slander a comic in a review in hopes that when you do come in you get a quality product and not some poorly written book. But to my last point Comics Cubed is a awsome store, a gem in the consumerism world and worthy of your business!
