Terrible place. They are scammers and wouldn’t even trust them to pull my suv into one of the bays let alone work on it! I’ve given them probably a dozen or more chances on 4 or more cars and it seems like they get more stupid with each visit. The ONLY reason Anyone would go there is the convenience of their location. I would probably go to a hole in the wall place in kokomo before I try these guys again. Go to city tire downtown or go to Noblesville, Carmel or Indy… Its worth it NOT to go to this place… Literally you could ask «what you options are» and EVERY person in there would give a different answer… No one including the manager has a clue…

This is a top notch store, every employee I talked to there treated me like family. Not once did they try to pressure me into a tire I did not want, in fact, they took time to counsel me in my decision to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I ended up saving a ton of money, and, luckily, I avoided buying a set of tires that would not have been right for me. They got my tires on quickly and even put some expensive tire shine on them for good measure! There are few retailers left that truly put the customer first, Discount tire of Kokomo is one of them. GO SEE THESE GUYS!

Everyone working here was very friendly and helpful. I made an appointment to have a screw removed from one of my tires. It was repaired fast and even for free! I didn’t know they had fix it free flat day. What an awesome place to do business. I would highly recommend this Discount Tire for any tire needs!

I’d send all of my friends and family to this discount tire. These guys are always super friendly, quick, and are reasonable with their recommendations. They aren’t pushy, and will give you the benefits and drawbacks to all of your options. In one case– I was ready to spend twice what I actually did on new tires, when they found a set of used tires off of a dealer new vehicle with less than a few hundred miles on it. Literally saved me hundreds of dollars.
