I would like to give more stars for the care given to my children but this review is in regards to management. I’ve be a patron for over 6 years. Up until recently have I discovered numerous problems, to include safety of my children. Let’s start with finances, they have good prices for care, however the director can not track payments. Money seems to be missing each year from my tax form by a few hundred. This is a problem for numerous parents, as it has been discussed among us. Where is the money going? Next, they have failed to notify parents when their children do not arriving from school bus. Which she claims they have a policy. But that only happened when I addressed the problem. Children have been left unattended by the child care providers and then place in charge with no reprimand. In addition to disrespecting parents by lying and rolling their eyes at me.
Just beware there is more to this story and as I parent I question the safety and well being of my children. This includes the pastor arguing with me about common practices. My children come first.
And if you like a teacher that watches your children they won’t be there long as the director cuts their hours and they are forced to quit because they address the same problems as parents.
