This location has gasoline available, which is a plus, as the company seems to be able to cut costs a few pennies for members. I didn’t stop for that since I’d already gone to Speedway for diesel fuel. I’m never sure if Sam’s Club has it or not, and the Sam’s Club app isn’t specific. Even though Sam’s Club is owned by the Walmart people, it never really feels like it. The merchandise is generally of better quality and mostly, the employees do a better job. Everyone was friendly when I was there. I looked around the electronics a bit and also got some pizza. The pizza wasn’t the greatest but it was after 7:30 p.m., so I’m guessing it had been sitting a while. Still, I’ve been to locations where they’ve pulled it from the oven and it looks like someone had thrown ingredients from across the room. I was glad to see the person in the Snack Bar cleaning. It makes me feel a bit safer knowing that cleaning is done. I wasn’t sure about his wearing gloves to take cash and then, get the slice of pizza for me, but it’s no worse than McDonald’s or Wendy’s. Bulk shopping can be good. I can’t always afford to save, and of course, Sam’s Club helps by not accepting Visa.
