Five stars for customer service! Annie your the best!
We were going to rent a Jeep for three days and were going to spend about $ 380, however, Annie had a genius idea and informed us about a weekly rate! So for seven days we only spent $ 100 more! Annie was also very thorough in explaining all of the «hidden» fees, and how to avoid them. We were able to pick up the Jeep at the Hyatt location and had convenient airport drop off! I am huge on customer service and Annie exceeded our expectations! You’ve made me very happy, thank you!

Fantastic service. Let me start by saying that I’m Avis Preferred but the treatment I received while in Kauai was top notch compared to other Avis experiences I’ve had. I had to swap out a rental at the Poipu Avis location which is located at a desk in the Hyatt resort. Once you pass the resort main entrance, Avis has a desk on the left.
Not only did the employee (I believe her name was Annie) go above and beyond to help us get the best fit and deal she even drove out to meet us before we left saying she was able to get us a better rate and brought out my updated contract.
No hassles, easy going service. Annie rocked and I’m a happy Avis customer.
