Truly amazing customer service crew and products at the store in Koloa. It was the best service we have ever received at any jewelry store!
I had bought the eternity ring as a wedding band for my fiancé.
The eternity ring had comfort fit and so the size I had got was lose for him. I called the store in Koloa where I had purchased it from and the manager Nieves Martinez was so respectful and understood the situation and offered an exchange of size to avoid any further delay with sizing issues as the wedding day was approaching.
To our surprise, we also received beautiful card in the package wishing us all the best, it was so sweet !!
The service we received was so awesome and we felt like Martin & McArthur crew (especially Nieves Martinez) were there at our wedding in spirit as they helped us pick the best ring and the correct size and delivered it in time for our wedding.
We ll cherish this experience and the ring for rest of our life together :)

Located in the Hyatt Hotel is the Martin & MacArthur, a store well-​known in the Hawaiian islands for producing beautiful home furnishings and accessories of Koa wood. The company has also recently branched out and now design and craft their own personal accessories, which include Koa wood watches, Koa and Tungsten rings, Koa sunglasses, and even iKoa for the iPhones and iPads.
I have always cared for and treasured my amazing large Koa jewelry box from them and on this recent trip my husband purchased a gorgeous Koa and Tungsten ring from them, which came with an adorable engraved Koa wood case to protect it in. We were very grateful having salesman Dave help us with our decision. He was very informative, patient and friendly. We will definitely be back the next time we’re on Kauai!
