I really want to shop local, but am continually disappointed with the lack of customer service when I shop here. Today, I passed no less than 15 associates. Not one hello. For a small town grocery store, they sure do not give me that small town feel. I don’t mind spending a little more to stay local, just make it worth it

Every time I shop here I’m pleasantly surprised. Staff and management is great. Always clean, great prices especially for Kuna.

I love the Kuna Ridley’s. Everything is so clean and new looking. The deli is great. They carry boars head products which are very tasty. Try there macaroni and potato salads they are so good. They have a really good meat dept to. The prices are comparable to Paul’s market. You just have to watch for deals in there Ad’s. Are they as cheap as Winco or Walmart? NO but they are a cool store. I like how you can find products that are new to this area. They have some bacon wrapped turkey that is outstanding and perfect for the grill. I really recommend giving them a try. Take your time and really look and you will find new brands that most of us have never seen. I have bought a few things that are big on the East coast. It’s just cool to try that stuff.

Ridley’s is a place you only stop by for a few items and plan on waiting in checkout lines longer than you actually shopped. I laugh every time the checker says, «You saved…» because Ridley’s is not your discount store. The prices are higher than the Winco 8 miles north.

I’m glad to have a nice, clean alternative in Kuna. And the Starbucks is nice. But I’ve been shopping there since they opened and I’m constantly disappointed in their produce. They have a better selection than the other grocery store in Kuna, but almost every time I’ve bought produce one thing or another is moldy or on the verge of going bad. A month or so ago they had strawberries on sale and I’m sure it was because in each package there were at least one, if not more that were moldy. And last week ran in to get cherry/grape tomatoes and every single container except the«organic»(which were double the price) had multiple shriveled tomatoes in it. So disappointing. Other than the produce, I’ve had good experiences in there. Their staff isn’t overly friendly, but they aren’t rude either. The store is nice and clean and the weekly sales, with the exception of the produce, tend to have a good selection of products. I like that they have a(small) salad and warm food bar for a quick meal. I’m looking forward to trying the soups in the fall/winter.

Very nice store. Clean, even gleaming, lots of space. Surprising prices. Very friendly staff. Truly insane specials all over the store. Great produce

I was so disappointed at the lack of selection at the grocery end of this store. When I went there the other day to buy soda the cashier didn’t know how to ring up the sale price(after it didn’t come up automatically) and had to calculate the price by writing on her hand. The only thing this store has going for it is the Starbucks. For now, I’m going to stick to Paul’s for groceries.

Ridley’s grocery store is now open in Kuna. Nice big and open small town feel. All the employees were friendly and happy it seems very proud of the new store.
