I recently remodeled a bathroom and had some construction debris that I needed to get rid of. The 3 cubic yard Bagster program seemed like a good alternative to a much larger and more expensive dumpster. The online process was easy and convenient. I had to purchase the bag from Home Depot for $ 31.00. I filled it up and scheduled a pickup (for another $ 170.00.) The pickup came within 3 business days BUT they kept the bag that I paid for! Now, if I have another project, I have to buy another bag! Customer Service told me that’s the way the program works. They recycle the bags but I can’t have mine back. I’m very disappointed with this type of gouging and will not do this again. My local hauler will take one bulk item per week and I’ll spread it out that way if I have to in the future.
