I live in Chicago and my mother is in Wimberley, TX. I ordered flowers on their website and received a confirmation of my order. Sunday I got an email saying they cancelled my order and stated nary a reason for this. So, my mother got no flowers on Mothers Day and I am pissed. What terrible service. No phone call? No excuse? This is not okay. If for whatever reason they ddon’t deliver in that zip code they shouldn’t accept and confirm the order. So lame. I am really disappointed.
