CUSTOMER service? I think NOT! A woman called from collections for a family who has NOT had my phone number in 2 years. Daily, I am besieged with bill collectors for this dead BEAT couple. When I explained this to the rep, she immediately hung up the phone with not a «thank you”( NOR a „sorry for the inconvenience“!) Perhaps it was a language barrier. Whatever… THIS person has no business being called a customer service rep»!

It has been my experience that most of the time when reviewing customer service, I’m doing so with my middle finger… How refreshing the service is at Goforth! Each of these folks are amazing. I have NEVER encountered a utility company willing to work with you in the tough financial times and with such willingness! Most approach from the stance of «Well, you need water, electric, gas, etc.» so pay us or you’re screwed!” Not these folks! Thank you for restoring my faith in and setting the bar for solid customer service!

Never have any issues with their service in the last 5 years. Just be mindful at the time of this writing that if you choose to pay your bill at their website, it’s unsecured. Take note in the address bar, . Over by the http there should be a ‘s’, https. The ‘s’ stands for secure, so when you’re sending your credit card information, it’s extremely difficult for someone to acquire it while you sending the data. So, 2* for Meh. I’ve experienced better, oh don’t forget get a water softener, at least for my area, it’s all hard water.
