Kyle Mechanical

I called Kyle Mechanical for some help with an AC unit that is over 20 years old. Don was thankfully available meet and inspect the system about an hour after the call. A full AC Inspection was done, and it seems that he left no stone unturned. What I appreciated most, on top of Melanie (?) answering the phone so quickly, and being creative in how to resolve issues that I had regarding what to do, and when I needed it done by, (was on a tight schedule), meeting with Don was just as helpful, especially on such short notice. What I experienced was not a pushy salesperson that saw an opportunity to get a new system installed. He took his time, looked over every bit of it, including the duct work in the attic and was very unbiased. He stated what the areas of opportunity were, and he also emphasized what was good about the existing system. Our particular situation was that the biggest problem we had was that if the HVAC system broke down, it would be difficult and expensive to get parts as it was made in the 90s, but was still working fine (for the moment). I truly appreciated the prompt, professional, unbiased information, illustrations and explanations, as well as the quote I received from this company and will most certainly reach out to them in the future for any needs.

I have been calling Kyle Mechanical for help since 2004. These guys are absolutely amazing! Today I called at 4:45 because we realized our air went out. They are coming on a Friday night! Love and trust these guys!!!

Wow! I’m so impressed with this company. They came out the same day (on a Sunday with no overtime charge!) and fixed the problem fast at a reasonable price. So nice and thorough. These will be our go-​to guys for any future needs!

These guys are fantastic! They have to be the best around in the service industry. Having an older HVAC, we’ve seen them frequently over the last few years and they never fail to impress. They are prompt, friendly, and honest. I always end up feeling like I’ve underpaid them! When can one ever say that in the service industry? Though annoying, our frequent issues are usually minor and simple to fix. They are honest about that and never try to sell me a part or service beyond what is necessary. A few days ago I called because the system was running, but the fan was not so it was not cooling. But when they got here, the fan was running and it was starting to cool. He checked things over outside and saw no issues. However, because our attic is a disaster, he couldn’t get to the main unit up there to look it over. I paid him a minimal service fee and he said to call him if it acted up again. Yesterday it stopped cooling again. When we called this morning, they said they could fit us in tomorrow. But they showed up today when they finished early at another job! They had it running in 10 minutes and charged us $ 0! Call these guys for HVAC issues! They are good people and will not steer you wrong!

Woke up at 2am to find the a/​c was not working. Called Kyle Mechanical at 8am and they had my a/​c fixed by 9:15am. They were very nice and professional. And the price was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again in the future.
