The Colorado River is great for kayaking, canoeing, swimming, fishing, camping and all things outdoors.
We have a friend who has a cabin on the river and love to visit. If you are not so lucky to have a friend living on the river there are several parks along the river to put in or if you just need a place to park or need to rent a kayak you can park at Cook’s Canoes in Manor and they will shuttle you back to your car.
With all the recent rain and cooler temps it is the perfect weather to get out and enjoy the river and camp grounds.
