I love what t-mobile offers, but sometimes their storefront sucks due to bad customer service. This one, however, is amazing and the people that work here really make an effort to take care of you and don’t try to charge you for silly things like a new sim card when you get a new phone. Good stuff.

Extremely poor customer service. Waited 20 minutes without being helped. My daughter who just barely got potty trained needed to go to the bathroom so my wife went into the restroom and one of the horrible customer service representatives ran into the bathroom after them and told them it was for employees only. My wife said it was for my daughter who might have an accident if she didn’t go now. They told us to go to heb next door. We left and will be using a different store.

Really great service. I’ve used a lot of cell carriers, but the communication with t-mobile employees is by far the best. They help me with anything and everything long after I signed on to their service. Virgil was really great helping me upgrade my phone.
