I worked with Jeremy last year when he asked me to stage a condominium for his client. He was one of the most prompt communicators I’ve run across in a while — really on top of the details. He was professional, yet easy going and the realtor assisting him on the project was great as well. They went out of their way to make sure the property was truly ready so they could make the most of the sale for her. I welcome the opportunity to work on additional properties with Jeremy and his team.

Jeremy helped us buy our first home and is still available to help a year later.
Jeremy spent several years on and off helping us find the right place. He helped us find houses we liked and had the expertise (and good people skills) to point out the places we shouldn’t want.
When we (finally) found the right place, he patiently led us through the process step by step. Providing us as much (or as little) assistance as we wanted. Honest, good guy.
Other highlights:
— Jeremy has a great network of friendly knowledgable inspectors. They were great.
— Jeremy has continued to help us since we closed — he helped get our home insurance company to pay up, he helped me find a realtor in the Central Valley (for work), and referred is to a chimney sweep, etc.
In the end, the most powerful expression of our experience with Jeremy is that we intend to use him again in the future.

Earlier this year, Jeremy helped us sell our condo near Old Town Pasadena.
My wife and I found him to be very knowledgable about the market, and we appreciated the fact that he was available to answer questions day or night.
Our neighbors had used him to help purchase a nearby bungalow, and they raved about how hard working he is. That assessment proved to be true.
Using his recommendations, we were able to secure multiple offers for our home and get the price we wanted.
Where he really shined, however, was during a difficult escrow process.
Despite having a pre-​approval letter from a lender, our first buyers developed a loan issue and had to back out.
That was very disappointing, but Jeremy had an excellent back-​up offer ready and waiting just in case something like this happened.
That buyer also encountered loan issues (neither issues having to do with our home or the appraisal), but this time Jeremy was able to recommend a different lender to the buyer and the loan went through.
If it weren’t for his hard work and numerous contacts, the sale may not have happened. His expertise proved invaluable.

Moving to a house in L.A. from apartment living in New York City we had no clue on where to live or what to buy. Jeremy Hardy patiently took us around to all the right neighborhoods, showed us countless number of incredible homes and educated us on L.A. and home ownership along the way. When the right house revealed itself, he advised brilliantly in securing the winning bid for a superior home in the extremely competitive market of South Pasadena.
One of the most honest and trustworthy guys I have ever worked with. Also, he is in it for the long haul; on the weekends he runs 50 mile mega-​marathons so try to keep up with him and clearly stamina is not a problem. This guy will find you your perfect home. (6 out of 5 stars!)
