Selection, PRICES, customer service, cleanliness … if these are important to you then Remedy is simply thee best liquor store you’ll have the pleasure of visiting in La Canada and La Crescenta. If you love beer, like I do, then will kick yourself for not checking out their amazing selection, and prices. Simply awesome!

I popped into Remedy Liquor by chance because I live in the neighborhood, needed something for a cocktail I wanted to make and happened to see it on my way home from other stops. Boy am I glad I did, I’m in love. It’s small which I like but very, very well stocked with prices I found comparable to Top Line and certainly better than BevMo. Most important to me is that boutique experience you get when a knowledgeable guy/gal makes your life easier. That is Bill Essertier whom I presumed to be the owner because he’s so proactive but he’s not. I recently stopped looking for Casamigos Tiquila, of course Bill knew it, could speak intelligently about it and recommended others as well. I want that space right in front of the store when I go so don’t go. I take everything I said back!

Wonderful liquor store. As a single malt scotch fan, I went in last week and Bill sold me on a bottle of Glengoyne 15. Fantastic stuff. Superbly oakey and tremendously well-balanced. I took my dad in, and one walk around the store was enough to swear him off of Bevmo forever. Color me surprised that such a fine merchant of spirits was right in my own backyard! Simply unbeatable in terms of value and selection.

Bill is your«GOTO» man! Very knowledgeable and always steers you in right direction. Without Bill, there is no Remedy Liquor. Thanks for all your help. BTW, I love the Demarie Barolo and the Falanghina, great choice! See you soon!

This place has probably the best selection of wines in the La Canada area, but more importantly, Bill has a wealth of knowledge about wine(not to mention the liquors!) and can guide you in the right direction. If they don’t have what you want, he can recommend a great substitute, and if you give him enough time he’ll order in the bottles you want. Very low key, no pressure, just totally competent assistance!

This is the store where you get educated about vine and other alcoholic drinks, you should stop by when bill is there and ask him about your vine complementing your meal and test his knowledge, the store carry very vast inventory, price is good and service is unbelievable, i love the store and admire the knowledge of bill.

Remedy Liquor is my favorite place to pick up wine. Bill(I’m pretty sure that’s his name), the owner, is so personable and helpful. On multiple occasions he has helped me pick out wine and I’m always so happy with it when I open it. It’s so nice to come to a place with such a kind owner and I really do enjoy seeing Bill and discussing wine. As a younger person I don’t know that much about wine, but he makes a real effort to help. This is the only place I’d get my wine.

Friendly service from knowledgeable staff/owner. The lady who helped me during my first visit really knows her beer, and the gentlemen who served me today made me feel very comfortable browsing as long as I wanted. Great beer selection with better prices on some craft beers than at other close by locations. Felt MUCH better here than at Le petit vendome and spent less money too.

Horrible! Guy kept talking about his trip to the Dominican Republic with someone that wasn’t even buying anything! I waited and waited next to them and gave up! I had to leave and go to another place because he wouldn’t shut up! Wow that goes lower than bad service! Have some damn decency. I will never return here again. I would rather pay a higher price if needed than to be disrespected like that.

Jim is very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me a couple of varieties of elderflower liqueur, and he actually steered me to the less expensive variety. I took a look around and his prices are really quite good! Great selection.

I always look forward to seeing Bill inside the store. I know that when I want to try a different type of Tequila, he knows what to suggest. And so far I have to say that the 1519 is the best. So happy Remedy Liquor is close…

Great liquor store, beautifully put together. They have a great selection of alcohols — we were impressed with some of the wine brands in particular. There are also coolers of beer, water, iced teas, etc., as well as lottery tickets. Owner was nice and knowledgeable. Looking forward to doing more business here!

Amazing selection of single malt scotch. Went in looking for a recommendation on a good Highland scotch, and while the gentleman in the store at the time(not Bill) professed better knowledge of wine, I asked him to take a shot at it anyways. He asked my price point and what characteristic I was aiming for – smokey(I know, I could have requested an Islay scotch recommendation, but I know my Islay scotch and already had a bottle in hand). He showed me a bottle of Glenmorangie 18 year, a north Highland Scotch, which carries a more smokey flavor while the typical prominent notes of the Highlands(spice, pepper, licorice in mainland and lower Highland scotch) played second fiddle to the smoke. That’s what I wanted and it’s what I got. If their wine guy makes such wonderful scotch picks, I can only imagine what the owner(Bill) would recommend. I’ve yet to meet him, but I hear he’s quite the scotch connoisseur. The prices here are pretty phenomenal too. Defiantly going to make this my go-to liquor store.

Visually, this is far and away the nicest liquor store I have ever been in! Very fancy and classy. Then there is the booze: great selection of everything, and Bill is VERY knowledgeable on most wines and spirits, especially on wine, and he has an extensive collection. Not only that, he will order whatever you are looking for, and he has beaten every other price I have quoted him from other stores. Plus, he is a great guy and very friendly and easy to talk to. So great prices, great knowledge, great selection, special orders, great guy to deal with, and a stylish store, so what’s not to like?!

I really like this liquor store. They have an amazing single malt scotch collection. They have an array of craft beers, but where they get me is there IPAs. The owner is really friendly and open to ordering specific beers that your into. He told me he started in wine so I can only imagine that his wine selection is great. I’m not much of a wine guy so I can’t really judge his wine selection. All I know about wine is that I like to drink it. I mentioned to him that I was planning a trip to Scotland and that Macallan is my favorite scotch. He then offered to connect me with his connections with his rep for an exclusive tour. Thats the kind of coustomer service that keeps me coming back to an establishment, and its across the street from my gym The Training Center. Parking– only on the street Prices– very reasonable and comparable to other places. I do like giving my money to mom and pop stores and this is a high end mom and pop store. Health drinks– They offer an organic vodka and a gluten free beer, but I don’t recommend the beer.
