My spouse and I met with Vanessa to create trusts for our 3 children, a task we had been putting off for at least 5 years feeling overwhelmed by what we thought we’d have to do; but Vanessa made it enormously simple for us. Worksheet to help us identify all our assets, asking questions to walk us through options, talking about upside/​downsides and relaying her experience with other clients in similar situations to help us decide which way we wanted to set things up.
She was patient, VERY knowledgeable and we felt like a HUGE weight off our shoulders when we left. We both feel great knowing Vanessa and her firm is there for us when we need them.

Hi, we used Vanessa to help us with estate planning and forming a trust and she was very helpful. She explained things to our satisfaction without a feeling of under-​explaining (or over-​explaining for that matter). Set up was easy. I was in a bind and needed help with a business transaction. I needed an attorney to help me review and revise a purchase contract. I found Terzian Law Partners online and decided to call them and interview them to get a feel.
I was transferred to Ed by a very courteous receptionist (I assume). Ed was very friendly and a great listener. He explained everything in lay-​mans terms and told me the different options we could take. After speaking to 2 other firms, I felt most comfortable with this firm.

After we had our first daughter and bought a house, we felt like it was time to think about getting an estate plan in place for our family. Our close friends who also just had a baby recommended us to see Vanessa. We went into the process with so many questions and Vanessa made us feel at ease right from the beginning.
