Amazing, amazing amazing! My family and I were driving through the Pacific Northwest a few weeks ago from California and stumbled across Sadie’s(thanks to online reviews). We loved it so much, we found the opportunity to come back three weeks later!(my kids never stopped talking about the donuts)

This bakery is amazing! I have had their donuts, breads, sweet breads. All are amazing! I love having the option to buy fresh, local baked goods. I can smell their treats from the main street of town. It’s well worth a stop off the freeway! I do wish they had offered coffee to go in the bakery, but the place is already packed with their treats. Also keep in mind that the bakery is closed Sundays and most people go on Saturday to get their treats for the weekend.

Delicious tres leches cake, breads and donuts! They always have samples of their baked goods and I’ve never been disappointed! The carrot and chocolate cakes are delicious but heavy on the icing.

If you are looking for baked goods that are made with ingredients you can find in your on kitchen, than this is the place. No chemicals, or other junk. Roasted Garlic Sourdough is the best!

I have to say that the bake goods there are very good That is where very good ends I have called several times for birthday cakes and it always seemed they were too busy and inconvenient for them to take the order. I always have called days before the event and last time even stopped by to order and was told to go online or come back tomorrow. You gotta be kidding me! Larsons, here I come! It’s easier to drive 30 miles than to deal with them!

We were looking for a place to stretch our legs and ended up passing the intended park… and somehow landed in La Center where this bakery surrounded by casinos was getting a surprising amount of traffic. The Service was excellent such that they even cut me a sample of the coconut cream pie when I was curious enough to ask if it was good… let’s just say I ended up with the whole pie and couldn’t stop licking my fingers after I had a whole piece, and am thinking about the leftovers the next morning. Yum! Glad we got lost!

The buttercream frosted cinnamon rolls are to die for. The brownies with buttercream frosting not so much. The brownies were dry, crunchy and stale. The pecan sandies are melt in your mouth delicious. Donuts are delicious but too expensive. Speaking of expensive, $ 9 for a ½ dozen croissants is ridonkulous. Overall worth the drive but double check your product to make sure it is fresh.

Our youngest daughter had heard of S&J;s and suggested we stop by. We’re in Battle Ground so it’s not too far but not close. I was in Ridgefield for an errand and decided to swing by. This is a review of that visit. First, the woman and young man were friendly. They were dressed in their kitchen whites. The bakery was well lit and appeared very clean. They had a wide selection of «stuff»(it was about 12:30pm). I bought several loaves of bread, some buttermilk biscuits, foccocia with jalapeño, bread sticks and sourdough(it comes in two sizes of loafs). Their donuts looked good as well. My bill was a pinch over $ 38 which makes the pricing on the lower end. We ate the foccocia that night along with some of the breadsticks(both were excellent). We’ve tried the bread and biscuits and both were very good. It’s a bit of a trip but if you are looking for good quality baker items at what I consider reasonable prices with friendly service make the trip and share your experience. Note: Closed Sunday’s. It’s a family operation and they do need a day of rest. They assured me they make everything they sell from scratch.

LOVETHEBANANACAKE. So amazing. The donuts are good, but too rich for my liking. They have great cakes, and it’s conveniently by the hair salon where my mom gets her hair done at, so I can go grab a drink and a treat while waiting for my turn. Cookies sold at Middle School for fundraising, my favorite are the snickerdoodles. Staff is VERY friendly! Love them. Small cute business. I love how the donuts are exactly one dollar, no tax. It’s great. Lovely gift punch card things available for gifts. Love this business.

Have not had one thing that is a let down. I go out of my way to get the donuts, visitors in town, get in the car, we are going to Sadie and Josie’s. jalapeño cheese bread is great, and the buttercream is perfect.
