I felt VERY uncomfortable during this massage. I’ve been to many, many massage places. The massage therapist who was a man, who also appeared to be the owner, obviously doesn’t understand that the towel covering me is used as a form of privacy… He moved the towel a lot… Very very WEIRD… And the massage itself was awkward and inappropriate! Don’t ever come here!

Used to be good! I went there and got an hour massage. I had to say harder! More! Harder! Still wasn’t enough. I was just confused if she was giving me a massage or just rubbing??? And also what an attitude!!! Worst service!!! With 40% TIP!!! ??? Will never go back!

Legit. Great massage for a great price!!! $ 40 for 1hr. $ 25 for half hour. Really can’t beat that. I usually go for the 1 hr massage. SUPERHIGHQUALITY massages that normally would cost $ 65 – 130 in places like Ojai, Four Seasons or from a private massage therapist in a doctor’s office. I was so surprised that they delivered SOMUCH relief to my muscle pain. Go see, Rose or Jack, they’re both Excellent. Haven’t really tried the other peeps, but since this place focuses on results, I’m sure they all deliver. Both give really great massages that use acupressure and deep tissue techniques. Additionally, Jack knows even more acupressure points and knows how to realign muscles & bones though massage. When he did my neck and head massage I wanted to extend my massage time for longer. Going to have to ask to include that as part of my massage EVERY time. I tip them 20% or more because of everything. Both have very strong hands but will lessen the pressure if you ask them too. I even recommended them to my chiropractor(to try them out and hire them PT). Hot rocks are incorporated with all the body massages. Don’t get freaked out by the lights and slightly cheesy looking store façade. Also, they don’t speak English very well, but please don’t hold this against them — they’re actually really intelligent and very good at what they do. And no, I did not get any kick backs for this review, nor am I a family member or friend. I just like to give give credit where credit is due and support local businesses if deserved. TIP: Massage does many things but one of them is to break up all the toxins causing muscle soreness and makes it go into your bloodstream. If you don’t drink a TON of water after a massage, all that stuff will go right back into your muscles and cause pain so you’re right back where you started. So have to drink lots of water so you can pee out all the toxins :).

Just went with my mom for a full body massage. The sign on the front of the parking lot said 25 and when you walk in its double. Still not a bad price but misleading information. Did the massage and it wasn’t bad but they focused too much on the back and none really on legs or feet at all. When i went to give a tip the girl who did my massage said minimum 20 percent! I was pretty shocked because tips are based on service and I was already annoyed about the misleading price. I was offering 15 percent and she basically told me I had to change my credit card amount. I Did it because I was in shock and shouldn’t have. That sucks and no one should be bullied into a a higher tip. I would not recommend this place at all unless you want to pay more and deal with attitude.

Pretty good massage, I don’t mind paying in advance. I have definitely had better massages but the place was clean. Totally worth $ 40.00.

I’m experienced in the foot spa type of massage place. Love them! Sometimes you just need an efficient back rub, no frills, no formality. But! I still need to be treated like a customer. I was asked to pay upfront(not even in the SGV have I been asked to pay first) I only had time for 30 minutes and was told it was $ 25. The front desk lady massaged me… and it was nice, much needed and relaxing. Towards the end she inquired if I wanted to extend the massage for another 30 min for $ 15, which I declined. I only had $ 4 cash, which I handed to her afterwards. she looked at me and said, ‘$ 5 better’. Embarrassed, I said I didn’t have it, but that I would come back again. She said, ‘you put on credit card. ok?’ OK. So I did. I’m not going to argue over a $ 1 difference in tip. Afterwards, as I was driving away, I noticed the little sign on the curb that said, $ 25⁄1 hour massage. Even though I felt relaxed, I couldn’t help but feel like I’ve been taken advantage of… :(((

At first I was sketched out as they charged up front which gave me a bad feeling that this was going to be a terrible massage hence the charging upfront due to lots of complaints but I was sooo wrong! Hot stones, warm towels and a fantastic massage all for $ 40 bucks! It was a bit cold since they only cover you with a small towel as opposed to the blanket but no big deal.

4 Stars for price, quality of massage and ambience –1 star for charging me upfront and and lady asking my to leave a 20% tip. Gave her 16%. Maybe, if she had broken a smile and been nicer I would have tried to be a better tipper.

A gem of a place — clean, relaxing vibe(love the classical music mixed with subtle ocean waves), and friendly, accommodating, and courteous staff. The masseuses are strong, skilled and intuitive. They ask if you’re ok and will adjust accordingly. The hot stones and hot wet towel scrub are a heavenly bonus! I did the 60 min full body massage, but because they don’t spend much time on the feet, requested an extra 15 min for $ 10 more. The next time I went in I ordered the 70 min massage for $ 50. It’s advertised as 30 min on feet and 40 min on body, but it’s more like 10 min on feet and 60 min on body, so if you really want your feet worked, either let them know that, or opt for the 60 min $ 25 foot massage.

I am very picky when it comes to massage. Ever since I have discovered this place, I don’t enjoy going anywhere else. The place is clean, calm, quiet and the massage service is excellent! I strongly recommend this place! My once a week stop!

I was pleasantly surprised at the time spent on my back in the massage. I had a petite small woman massage me. I am a beefy guy 200lbs 5’10″ she did a great job at getting into my back, lower and upper area. I’d say of the hour 70−75% spent on my back. My wife was in the next stall and had the same experience. The price is definitely right. $ 40/hr. The massage was exactly 1 hr. Some places cut it short. They were polite. I am definitely going back here.

I’ve been here twice so far and both treatments were fantastic for the price. I’ve had worse done for more money. They even include a little hot stone massaging as well which was a bonus for me. Although the second time the stones were too hot but just tell them if it is and they will cool them down a little. Great deal if you’re in this area, definitely my first choice!
