Edible Arrangements

I received a message from Elena at this location on my birthday. They had tried to deliver an arrangement, but no one answered the door. I called back and spoke to Elena and told her that I was out of town and headed back to LA. I gave her my husband’s cell number so she could make arrangements for the delivery. About an hour later, she called me and left a message that no one answered the door. I called and she informed me that they were not able to reach my husband but they tried to deliver the arrangement anyway. I asked her why she did not wait until she reached him to coordinate a time. She told me that that is not how I requested it — that i told her to redeliver. I asked her why then would I give her his number? She argued with me and told me that was not the case (basically told me I was not being truthful). At this point, I asked to speak to the owner or manager and she told me that the owner was delivering the arrangement and she was the manager of the store. Bottom line — don’t recommend going to this one — frustrating, very rude manager and unprofessional.

Really happy they have a shop so close to my house. I ordered an arrangement for a family member and I placed my order online and picked up 2 days later. When I went in to pick up the gentleman working there already had my arrangement ready to go and since I paid online I walked in and out in less than 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be ordering more arrangements in the future from this location. Great job!

I’ve been ordering from this location since they opened, and they have come through for me for every special occasion and corporate «thank you» every time. Once in awhile, I can’t resist picking up something for myself… YUUUUUUMMMMMMM!

I have used Edible Arrangements before, however this is the first time i used this branch. My experience with both the service and quality were first rate. Allana was whom i worked with she/​business was professional, courteous, punctual. Great in lue of flowers.

I’ve been coming here with my husband regularly now for any type of orders-​whether it’s from ordering half hour before or a week before-​all our orders have been on time and amazingly finished. The staff is very polite and they help you choose through different styles of arrangements. Definitely recommended this location and service.

I was looking around for my moms birthday gift and I remembered edible designs. So I drove there and right when I walked in, I felt welcomed. The worker or boss Armen was so polite and helpful. He helped me choose the gift I got her. Yes I do admit the prices are a bit too high but it was absolutely worth the smile on my moms face when she saw it. She loved it. Thank you edible designs! :)

I absolutely love Edible arrangements. I walked in and bought a box of chocolate covered strawberries and a basket of different fruits, I have to say they were very delicious I couldn’t get enough! The staff was very polite and wonderful, they made sure I walked in and out completely satisfied. The delivery guy was also very polite and courteous. Need a Mother’s Day gift? This is definitely the place to go, they will make sure to put a smile on her face. I recommend this place for any occasion! I will definitely go back for more tasty treats!

I love this place! They are polite, quick and always do an amazing job! I always think of them when it comes to giving gifts.
I admit, the prices are a little high, but they do a great job and you know the gift you give will always be eaten! =) Can’t go wrong.

This has been one of the most traumatizing and frustrating experience I’ve ever experienced dealing with customer service, and especially for a special day like Valentines. Knowing that it would be nuts due to Valentines I place my order before the day and on-​line. I was pleased to get a confirmation number. However, the actual day was frantically checking on line to see the status of delivery. When there was none, I tried to call the Edible Arrangement customer service, but there was none on the website. They simply directed to your «local» store. When I tried to call Glendale and La Crescenta store they just rang busy. I was frantic to get any sort of human contact to hear if indeed my order would be delivered or I should just cancel. I tried sending an email from the website, and there was no response. The next day, after the day ended with no delivery. I tried again to call my «local», and I spent my day frantically trying to call Edible Arrangement and still I received a busy signal. When I finally got in contact with La Crescenta store, the young woman answering sounded overwhelmed but mostly indifferent. I had noticed the day before that Edible Arrangements had announced a 15% discount for orders after Valentines, however, the store wouldn’t honor itnor did they sound concerned to make any sort of amends. The young woman said all she could do was cancel the order so I agreed to it. The nightmare didn’t stop there, I got a call several days later asking me if I wanted to cancel the order for a refund. What!!! I explained that I thought that had already happened! What a horrible experience. So much so that I I tried to contact a regional manager for the franchise, but I was given the run around. La Crescenta said there was no such thing. If I was the corporate office, I would penalize La Crescenta store for non responsiveness and ruining their reputation for that part of the city. Luckily, I called Glendale with my woes and even though it wasn’t even there fault Cindy was greatly concerned and did her best to try to make it right. Bypass this store all together, contact the Glendale store instead.

My wife never received my order that i sent her and we did not even get to go to dinner because it was so late. Never had an experience like this before from anyone. Looks like there good with charging but not good with doing there job. I have been up all morning trying to get a hold of someone there and no answer!!! Never will do business with them or let any family or friends go there!!!

Valentine’s day. They should have prepared better for the day.
I understand the electric went out during the day but they did not seem to put an effort to retain their customer from their mistakes.
They did not have the whole product I have ordered day before and the poor cashier girl was panicking from the peak period.
I tried to talk about my frustration about the quality of their service and they listened but didn’t actually take steps to fix it.
I have enjoyed Edible Arrangements and will continue to use it. But never from this branch.

I AM ABSOLUTELY APPALLED BY THE LEVEL OF POOR, NON-​EXISTENT SERVICE! My husband NEVER RECEIVED my order for Valentine’s Day. The surprise was ruined and our first Valentine’s Day as a married couple has been RUINED. We were late to our dinner reservations because I had a glimmer of hope that the fruit basket would arrive beforehand. I called the store NUMEROUS times, only to receive a disconnected phoneline. It is 9PM and no delivery. I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!
