Masterminds iRepairs

We ordered a new Canon printer from Amazon and they recommended Masterminds. irepairs for installation. We purchased the installation on line and within minutes Alex Risto called to set up an appointment to install. After the printer arrived we set up the appointment. Masterminds iRepairs is EXCELLENT! Alex arrived exactly when he said he would, was very personable, and very knowledgeable. Set up the printer, connected 3 computers to it, connected the phone line for the fax, fixed our WIFI connection and made sure everything worked as it should before he left. He also said not to hesitate to call him with any questions. I called him the next morning because we couldn’t get our iPhones connected to the WIFI. After Alex going through it very patiently with me, I realized i had copied down the password down wrong! He was so nice. I would highly recommend Masterminds iRepairs. They are dependable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

The guy did a great job fixing my phone and did not change the quoted price, even though the repair turned out to be more complicated than he initially thought.
I appreciated that and I am happy with the repair and his thoroughness.
One minor thing– the young guys helping out at the shop could stand to be a bit more polite, but that’s just a personal preference.

I brought in my old mac laptop here, one of those square white ones, the screen was not turning on. These guys were really quick in diagnosing that it was bc of the connectors and it took them about 30 minutes to fix it and have it ready for pick up in the same day. The service was awsome and they have a lot off cool other accessories there, like high quality zipper headphones… Its the only place of business like this in the area btw.
