Okay, I judged the book by its cover. I had extra baggy golf pants and needed the legs slimmed down. I expected them to just take an inch from the inside seam. I would’ve been happy with that. I picked the pants up a day early and discovered the legs were taken in on both sides. They did double the work. Pants fit perfectly. I guess they have incredible attention to detail and service. $ 15. Worth the detailed effort. Note– the cleaning and pressing is not done at this location.

We moved to LA Crescenta over Two years ago. We get a lot of clothes dry cleaned each month. I hate changing cleaners due to a lot of miss haps, when I find a good one I stick with them. My wife has expensive clothing and the first cleaner lost 3 items and never replaced them. The second one was rude and, they had there cloths cleaned off premises. I have used this cleaners for over two years and not one loss article of clothing. They clean the cloths on the premises, so they are quick if you need them in a hurry. If you have a problem he will make it right.

I have no idea how some of these other ridiculous reviews came from but this dry cleaners is owned and run by a nice Korean couple who do great work! I had some pretty bad oil stains from work on one of my pants and jacket and they got rid of the stains completely. Also got my suit altered and dry cleaned here as well and it came out as you would expect from a quality dry cleaning business. They were extremely accommodating and when I told them that I was not completely satisfied with the fit after the alteration, they fixed that very quickly as well. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with all the work and customer service. I always recommend them to everyone in the area and I will continue to give them my business.

This dry cleaners has the sweetest couple Sunny and Sung who work here. I have been coming here for as long as I can remember and I have been nothing less than satisfied with their service. The best thing that is that they have the plant on site and they don’t send your clothes to another company to get cleaned. No middle man because I don’t know about you, but I want to know exactly who is touching and handling my clothes! I get my husband’s clothes pressed here all the time and all his suits and dress shirts come out perfectly! Every little spot that we have gotten on our clothes, Sung has been able to take out. He kindly reminds us not to put any chemicals on it so we don’t ruin our clothes. I’ve stopped making any attempts to take out any spots on my own and he takes everything out from wine spots, food spots, grass stains etc. It’s not worth it because he takes it out beautifully every time. The biggest rave I have about this place was most recently when I brought in my wedding dress for alterations. They did a beautiful job!!! I was one week away from the wedding and had dropped too much weight and my dress was falling off. In a state of panic, I came to the cleaners and Sunny put me at ease and got everything altered just in time. So of course, I had the most beautiful dress in all the world, pressed beautifully and cleaned even better afterwards. My reception dress was absolutely horrendous after the party and he got it out clean with no problems or extra charge. Anyone who comes in will see that their customers adore them. They are always dropping off little gifts for them and staying late to chat even after. Such a friendly environment for customers. Probably doesn’t have a lot of Unilocal reviews because a lot of their customers are a older regulars who may not utilize Unilocal as often… if you live in the area. this is the place to go!

WARNINGIFYOUHAPPENTOLIKEYOURDRESSSHIRTSFOLDED! This was my regular cleaners for many years but I moved down the hill and it became geographically undesirable. I loved the previous owner Ben and after several years I decided I would drive the extra distance to return to my beloved cleaners. When I arrived I did not see Ben and asked if the place had changed hands and the reply was in the affirmative. I always get my shirts folded rather than on hangers because they closet better and pack better. For 50 years when ever asking for«folded» or «boxed» my shirts at ANY cleaners across the country were delivered and folded like they are folded when one buys a new dress shirt, usually with a cardboard insert to keep the shirt folded correctly and placed in a plastic bag or a box or both. A little more than a week ago I brought 17 cotton shirts to One-Stop and one pair of cotton trousers and gave them a week to finish them. When I picked them up the trousers looked fine, you know on a hanger with a plastic bag slipped over it but the shirts are a mess. They are folded yes, but haphazardly with no consistency in width, no cardboard, 4 or 5 to an improvised bag(made from the same wide plastic sheet that covers typical dry cleaning) They look like they were folded by a toddler at best. I did not want to accept them but the clerk and the possible manager who listened to my complaint said they«did not know what I meant by folded« I paid $ 88 for 17 cotton shirts and my one pair of trousers, LAUNDEREDNOTDRY-CLEANED. By my estimate give them a generous $ 10 for dry cleaning one pair of cotton trousers. The remaining $ 78 for 17 shirts works out to over $ 4.50 per shirt!(I just called my dry cleaner that I have been using for the last several years to inquire as to the price of a folded shirt(Crystal Cleaners in Glendale) $ 3.00. I obviously will return to Crystal Cleaners and eventually lose this negativity by writing a positive review for them! Before closing this ranting review, I just tried placing my shirts on my closet shelving. They don’t fit. Some are buttoned, some are not. I am going to have to put them on hangers.

I had 5 old fashioned drapes and panels that had not been washed in forever. They gave me a great price that included pickup/removing from walls and reinstallation. Very friendly and delivered great service as promised. Thanks for making my living allergen free. I thank you and my family’s noses and lungs do too.

The captain that runs this ship is a friendly Armenian lady who will not be shy about telling you this place is better than Von’s dry cleaning service. My beef with this dry cleaner is the location. I come from the opposite side, and making that left turn as you exit the parking lot to go back on Ramsdell sucks. That is typically why I choose Vons. ALSO, there was a left over white spot on my suit! They promised me personalized attention to detail. So, take their word(as well as mine) with a grain of salt. To be completely frank, my only motivation to come to this business is the fact that it is independently owned. 3.5 stars

I have sent them the ickiest, the nastiest, ghastliest biological stains animal, human, hell. maybe even alien and they have not only exceeded all expectations, they came, they saw, and they conquered. I’m very picky on cleaners. I called multiple locations in the La Crescenta area. There was this one cleaner who would not even iron or press my shirts. What kind of cleaner is that?! Don’t even ask about starch! But so far, I have been coming back here with clothes, comforters, you name it… next time I’m gonna bring my dog! The couple who runs the place are pretty sweet and friendly. No rudeness. They seem to understand that good service equals good business. That’s good business practice. If you live nearby, this is the place you need to go.
