Rassac Air Systems

I had a very good experience with Rassac Air for installation of my new A/​C. They explained everything to me and they did amazingly clean work. They took extra care not to ding any walls while they were working. They made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving and walked me through everything.

Best, most honest, most reliable, most competent people around. They show up when they say, and get the job done. They may not be the cheapest, but you’re not going to have to look for somebody else to pay to clean up their mess!
We’ve been using them for years, and cannot say enough good things about these fine folks.

TL;DR… Rassac Air is an amazing organization. They are professional, dedicated, hard-​working, personable, prompt, and flexible. Seriously cannot recommend this organization enough.
I’ve been having trouble with my AC unit at my condo since I first purchased it ~1.5 years ago. It’s required a few different visits due to different problems in this short span of time, but Pedro has been there every step of the way. He is an incredibly friendly person, very patient and understanding, and clearly knows his way around an HVAC unit. He has answered every question that I’ve been able to throw at him without hesitation or frustration. His workmanship is also incredible (well I assume it’s incredible because he works so hard every time he comes over… I clearly have no actual idea since I would be fixing my own HVAC unit if I knew what was going on hahah).
I work long shifts and it is hard for me to get back to my condo during normal business hours, but Rassac has been incredible about working with me to get the service done during my rare windows of availability. A special thank you to Maria for being so patient with me during this time :)

These guys seriously are the best! They are the most honest and experienced HVAC people Ive found, by far. The A/​C in my townhouse wasnt working very well and I originally contacted another company for repairs. The guy came, took a quick look around. Told me my A/​C system is old and needs to be replaced. He told me no amount of repair work would get it to work very well.
That’s when I found Rassac. I called them for an appointment and Tim from came to look at my AC system, and after several hours of real in-​depth troubleshooting, he found not one, but several leaks in the system, he repaired the leaks and re-​charged the system and had the thing back together in only a few hours. The system ran nice cold from that day and stayed working until the day I sold my place.
There was a certain level of dedication that was very apparent with the repair process from Tim. He wasnt there to just do a quick repair job and leave. You could tell he genuinely wanted to find the problem and repair it, almost if it was a matter of honor for him. That’s the kind of service you don’t find these days.
You can tell these guys really know what they’re doing. They take the time to explain things and are clear on their explanations. Its really hard to find really experienced and honest companies these days. You owe it to yourself to give these guys a call if you need any HVAC installations/​Repairs.
I recently called Tim for some help with wiring in a thermostat and he took the time out of his busy to explain what I needed to do over the phone. With his help I was able to set up the thermostat over the phone! Thanks again!!!

These guys are the best. No less than 3 people felt it was necessary to disassemble and reassemble the furnace in order to get to a leaky gas valve. Noah from Rassac took a minute or two to determine that all that was needed was to turn a pipe elbow. Result: hundreds of dollars saved. He saw a simpler solution no one else could see. Pleasure to deal with. Incredibly professional, punctual and fairly priced. I’ll never use anyone else.

Our AC did not work and our Home Warranty Insurance sent Rassac Air Systems to us to have the problem accessed and fixed. Oscar from Rassac was quick to respond and fixed our home broken AC. Not only that, he also made useful recommendations for future maintenance. He was always on time, pleasant, and honest like the previous reviewer mentioned. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this company and we will call them the next time we need maintenance or repairs.

Highly recommend. Our home is in Sierra Madre. We had problems with our central AC for a couple of years. Finally, we called Rassac, and they immediately identified the problem and fixed our system. Nice to find a quality company. Fair prices. On time. And, most importantly, honest. :)
