Chis came out on day three after another repairman said that our circuit board could not be replaced and that our whole Lennox unit would have to junked– cost $ 3,200. Once we found Chris, he was there within in the hour, made a call and gave us a quote. Only $ 287 to replace the circuit board. (The other guy was so wrong.) He was back by noon and the house was toasty warm by 1:00.
Couldn’t ask for more energy, knowledge, and excellence!

Chris Tucker of Ray’s AC Service was one of three AC contractors that gave me an estimate to relocate my compressor/​condenser unit and run new refrigerant line and enclose in sheet metal conduit. Ray’s estimate was not the lowest bid, but I chose Chris because he seemed the most professional and straightforward of the three that came out to give quotes. The fabrication of the sheet metal conduit turned out to be a very difficult job due to some large 90 degree turns on the side of the building. Chris had to have some of the metal conduit custom fabricated. Even though they were the highest bid for this job, but they had to return three times to make it right (no fault of their own), Chris never asked for more money, and it was obvious that the job was not very profitable in the end. I would have gladly paid more, but at the time money was a little tight.
I will always call Chris Tucker @ Ray’s AC Service first for my AC needs, before I call the original (too large and impersonal) company that installed the three units at this property.

Ray’s Service /​Chris Tucker replaced our central AC compressor, furnace and air ducts. He and his team put in new air registers, returns, lines, pipes, and electricity. He relocated the AC to the side of the house and the furnace to the attic. They did an excellent job! I addition to it, they placed a high efficiency air filter and an attic fan. What can I say, the whole house is now warm again, our air is clean with the filter, and the attic is cool! Our existing central AC/​heat was old (15 year old) and did not work properly. Only half the house would warm up or cool down. Chris was able to fix this with the appropriate ducts, registers, condenser and furnace. I would highly recommend him!
