Corporate efficiency and economizing brought us the old mail boxes etc prices and huge service fee but bigger location footprint. I get that these franchises need to make money but let’s call it a spade a spade. The level of sophistication in terms of quality service, printing capability and assurance regarding delivery just ain’t the same as that of FedEx.

First time here, and besides of the mixed reviews I saw, my personal experience is 100% satisfied. They always do a great job here and are super friendly. Really enjoy coming here, as it is always a pleasant experience. I just came to UPS drop off the box.

they took the time to weigh and measure an oversized package for a shipping quote, which sounds laughable until you’ve been to the la canada fed ex location for one.
they were pleasant and helpful and took the time to answer questions and give reasonable advice. they will package your outbound item but you will pay dearly.
ups rates are insane.

I went in to print some PDF files this morning. The guy quoted me the price and we agreed to have the pages printed. At the end, he decided that the price he had given was not sufficient so he charged me for an additional paper and another fee! When I asked why he was charging me extra, his respond was that they already have the lowest price in town (which is not true) and the extra page I am being charged for is the right count.
I don’t think the young lad was the owner of the shop (I hope he wasn’t); but if you are the owner and you read this, please realize what is going on in your shop and find good help. Trust me, they are out there!

I wish I could give this store a negative review. Apparently my reaction after receiving the news that my 3 packages would cost and exorbitant sum of over $ 100 was worthy of being called a «Dick» by the young twenty-​something lad at the store.

Love this location. I work in lc and one day I needed help with a heavy pre paid package; I couldnt carry the package myself, so there was a polite guy named Danny [I even asked his name] who helped me out. He made sure I got my tracking receipt before I left and I’m completely happy with the service I recieved! Thank you UPS!

I’m a box holder there. It’s like having office staff and extended family all in one. I’m a private investigator, and they handle sensitive and sometimes crazy transactions/​clients with aplomb, They are very adaptable to my sometimes unusual needs. They are very ethical and professional, while being friendly and customer service oriented. When I was looking for a mail drop years ago, before they opened, I checked out nearly a dozen similar stores in the area. Nothing compared with what I’ve found here. The same owner has the UPS Store in Montrose in the Von’s lot, and on Glendale Blvd in Glendale, across from Whole Foods. They’re active in the community, too.

Their customer service rocks! I walked in with a return label in one hand & an open box with shoes to be shipped back in the other. The man helping me took everything and boxed it all up for me & I was out of there in less than 5 min!

I have a PO box here. It can get crowded, there can be long waits, but most of the staffers go out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Andrew is simply lovely. He should be paid triple his current rate. I’m not sure I’ve ever had to remind him my box number (even though he needn’t know, as I have a key) and is always super pleasant and on top of things. They have many services, which I can’t attest to; however, I can say that their PO boxes are worth the money. All of your packages are signed for and can be picked up at your convenience – even months later: I travel, often months at a time, so sometimes I don’t pick up my mail and packages for quite a while, though that’s never been a problem. Now that I think of it, the biggest problem is finding a parking spot in front of the store, not the store itself.

I needed some paper work notarized and ink finger printing for a new job. Chuck was super helpful! He even did an extra sheet of finger prints for me without charge, just in case. Plus, it was less expensive to get both done here than it would have been at the place I found online which is located downtown.

I had some time-​sensitive medical documents to email to a doctor internationally. I stopped by my local UPS store to see if they could scan them in color and email them to me.
The saleswoman was pretty busy, multitasking and hedging off some impatient customers who had lined up behind me. Unfortunately she was unable to scan the documents in color but I really appreciated the length she went to fulfill my request which would’ve only cost a few cents.
Bottom Line: A+ for customer service.
