A-1 Vacuum Sales & Service

I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a vac store, but my wife and I were so impressed with this place that I had to.
First, we had been buying vac bags in Rochester because we couldn’t find them at any of the big stores here. Saw an ad on TV that A1 had any vac bag and they did. Needless to say we don’t drive 60 miles to buy vac bags anymore.
Just this past week our vac died and we went there to look around and maybe see if they could fix it. We ended up ditching the old vac and buying a Miele vac. This thing had so much more suction power than our old vac even though it was the same amps for power, which I learned that amps have nothing to do with suction.
Anyway, highly recommend if you need bags or a new vac to deal with these guys. Joe and Lance were great.

This is a great shop that is clean, organized, and actually looks like it is successful. I order bags from them for an older vacuum and they have prompt service. Last visit, I inquired about finding a used floor scrubber and they actually had one, probably from the 1970s. It worked, is sturdy, and the young man allowed me to test it on their floor. Works great.
