please vendors beware! DONOTDOBUSINESS with TBSBRIDAL&EVENTS or any of her other business names she uses such as irockfashion, red diamond event ! Danie roberts and her team(Billie Spells & Brittany Small are a bunch of scammers! I had signed up for an event in december, they change the event date without notifying me. She rescheduled for a different date later to cancel the event too! Danie emailed me that she would refund me my table fee, which till this day she never has! I emailed her several times and called to get my refund back but she never responds to my emails or calls. She has over 20 filed complaints against her through the Better Business Bureau. All you got to do is google her business. She is not to be trusted! S

I was very interested in participating in shows that they produce, which they’re promoting in several fb groups. However, when I asked them to address the negative reviews seen here and elsewhere online – esp regarding changing show dates/cancelled events and not refunding vendors – instead of answering my questions, they blocked me. I’d be worried about any company that can’t/won’t address criticism when the question is so important and speaks directly to their integrity. I’d be very careful!

Danie Roberts was the promoter for this TBS events in Darien, Il, Dec.7, 2014. She took our money and never called us to say the event was never booked ! She owes me money also from s double booking fiasco from a prior event. She is a terrible, fraudulent business person. Save yourself time & money and avoid anything fromTBS events in LaGrange/Westmont /Countryside area.

I saw an ad in the local paper for a «Stop and Shop» bridal and prom dress liquidation sale at a hotel a few towns over. Since my daughter is a senior in HS, we went to see what the prom dress selection looked like. We got tickets on-line(thank God they were free tix!) and attended on the first day. Upon entering the hotel meeting room, I noticed only 3 racks or bridal gowns(maybe 30 in all) as well as some vendor tables with jewelery, hand bags and Tupperware. There was a attached room, so my daughter and I headed straight for it, assuming that the prom dresses were in there. From another room, a woman approached and asked if she could help us.(It appeared to be the owner of the business, as it is the same woman in the photo on TBS Events Facebook page.) When i asked where the prom dresses were, she replied that they«might» have some tomorrow. MIGHT? I said it was advertised that there would be prom dresses, and walked out. Thankfully, I didn’t pay anything to this woman– as according to the other reviewers– this woman is a SCAMARTIST! Stay far, far away from this person… she is bad news!

I purchased a booth for my business to advertise at a TBS wedding expo on September 29th, 2013. I visited the TBS web site on September 26th to pass along their information to several family members, friends and clients who had planned to attend the show, only to find the show had been cancelled. I never received notification from TBS that the show would not go on as scheduled. My clients had reserved tickets through«EventBrite» for the show, and even received confirmation the day before the event. I called TBS several times to find out the status of the expo, but was always answered with a voicemail. When I did finally get through to a human, they said they had sent notification to all vendors(which I never received), they didn’t get my messages(which I left several), they didn’t know why EventBrite was still accepting ticket sales, and that I would be refunded(which I never was). I ended up contacting my bank and reporting the purchase as fraudulent. I would not recommend doing business with TBS Bridal.

I would give negative start if possible. Buyer beware is what I would state. I would highly recommend looking at the BBB, and checking locations of Events before contracting to do business with TBS Bridal and events. Clarify contract as she is known to not have events that you have paid for, may switch location(and may not tell you where) or hold them after a needed time frame. In many cases she may have an advertised show that you will secure and pay for and you will find that she never had a contract with that location and you will be out money. I have found the business practices of TBS to be deceptive at best. Again buyer beware on this company. Tracy B
