Back To Bed

I needed a new box spring, also know as foundations. I was told that they came in two sizes. Earl Hampton, the store manager, told me they come in 5″ and 9″ thick sizes. I opted for the 5″ as my current foundation is 7″, right in the middle. Earl said it would take a few days to come in and that he’d call when it arrived.
On the day it arrived, Earl called and left a message. I called back to confirm the hours of business. He told me ‘weekdays until 8:30′ and I assured him I’d be there before closing, most likely around 8pm. I got there at 8:04pm only to find the business closed– lights off, door locked. I called and left a message for Earl. I came in the next day to pick up my foundation– Earl was nowhere to be found, and they gave me a 9″ foundation, not the 5″ I ordered.
Earl never called me back to explain his early closing. This store is closing and frankly, I’m not surprised.

I usually would not think twice of where to buy a bed, (they’re all the same, right?) Wrong! It was third mattress place I stopped in and since my experience at Back to Bed, i wouldn’t go anywhere else and I’d recommend to anyone to go there. Louis took care of me. He was very informative, not pushy (which is one thing I can’t stand about salesmen), and overall professional. The customer service he provided is/​was superior, and since my purchase has continued to be excellent. Louis made sure the whole process went smoothly, from the purchase, the delivery, to even now a few weeks later. Louis is the man! Thanks for the great experience!

What a great experience! We recently bought a mattress from Earl at Back to Bed. We had never bought a nice bed before, so we really had no idea what we were doing. I originally liked the most expensive one, but he recommended one that was less expensive that he thought would suit our needs better. I liked that because he wasn’t just trying to sell me the most expensive item in the store. We ended up buying the higher end mattress anyway and we are SO happy with it! Earl was great to work with and very communicative. We would definitely buy another bed from him at Back to Bed.
