Loving Hands Ayurveda

I went to Cheryl at Loving Hands Ayurveda for Ayurvedic Consultation. She is wonderful. She is knowledgeable and compassionate. She provides a detailed explanation of her recommended treatment plan. You leave with all the tools necessary to follow her recommendations. I look forward to going back to Cheryl for additional services and treatments!

I had my first treatment with Cheryl this weekend, and had an excellent experience. I got her «Over the Moon» package, which included marma therapy, takradhara (I had the choice between takradhara and shirodhara), and heart basti (one of my favorite ayurvedic treatments). Her friendly, upbeat, and kind demeanor set a positive tone for the treatment right away, and when she discussed the treatments with me beforehand it didn’t take long for me to trust that she knew what she was doing.
The treatments themselves were on point and done far better than those I’ve received at another ayurvedic treatment center I have used in Chicago. I believe that this is helped by the fact that she does the treatments personally and the proper training of others to do the therapies would then not be an issue. She does wonderful work. Nice music playing in the background and good attention to detail to make sure I stayed relaxed throughout the treatments.
This was just my first treatment with her, but I know I want to have future treatments from her, and I’ll try to remember to review again after more experience. It was more of a drive than I’m used to for body therapies, but it was worth the trip for the higher level of quality.

Cheryl has been a wonderful Ayuervedic consultant for my whole family, she is very warm and caring, her recommendations helped all of us to improve our health. We enjoyed her treatments several times and I am planning to come back for more because of Cheryl’s truly Loving Hands!
