On my way to work I saw a UPS Store. So I figured to go ahead and stop in to drop off a package I’ve been meaning to ship unfortunately I forgot to take the top of the box. I never thought it would be an issue considering I was going to a packing store. The first thing the man said to me at the counter was, next time tape up the box. I did inform him that if I had paid I would have take the box then he proceeded to tell me to just buy tape next time this time he’ll do it but next time he won’t. I will never ever in my life come to this UPS ever again and even considering not going to a UPS Store at all unless its a need to be basis.

I have used their business many times and the employees are fantastic. I have even gotten papers notarized and the notary did it without a problem. The place is very clean and all the products are easy to find.
It is also easy to get to the busyness since there is a big parking lot in front of it and the metra station is one block away from it.

Great UPS store… helpful polite people run this place, unlike the post office 2 blocks away.
Very happy with my p.o. box here. They also offer shredding, mailing supplies, and a spiffy text option to let you know when a package arrives.

I brought an antique table that had belonged to my grandmother in on a Monday. They wrapped it, bubbled it and then stuffed it with peanuts. It arrived in perfect condition in CA on Friday. Thanks so much. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy who helped me. He was very good and took care of everything.

Great service at this location. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I love the new ‘we’ll pack it for you’ campaign. But beware, they don’t pack for free!
I shipped a ceramic tea set that I sold on eBay. The supplies to pack it were $ 7.99, to have them pack it $ 18.99 and then 4-day shipment to Washington state $ 57, grand total including tax $ 86!
3 star rating for pricing. But if comparatively speaking this is the going rate, I’m happy to increase the rating.
So, all in all, other than the sticker shock the service as great.
